I hear you. I got a partial order on cyber Monday which resulted in me picking a different shoe so my other daughter wouldn’t feel left out. Then a few days later they send my whole original order. Just a day ago they FINALLY gave me my refund. I think I was on the phone with them 8 times since cyber Monday.
They did the same thing to me. My husband got on the phone with a supervisor after giving her a piece of mind they let me pick any pair of sneakers the for same promo price of $14.99. I was able to get my daughter light up princess sneakers. Now I returned a pair over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t credited me. I will never be buying sneakers I know might not fit from them again

My order on cyber monday was canceled too!! I was pissed. And they sent an email with a code for 50% off but it expired like 2 days after it was sent so i didn’t see it in time.

The stride rite in my mall is closing down so I was able to get a pair of sperrys and stride rite sneakers in the next size up both for under $16!
Can you change the size in the store? Website said you cannot change size but just return, I bought two pairs but they are too big for my little one, just wonder if they can change size for me.

Last time Stride Rite had this deal, they took my money, a week later said that it was cancelled because of inventory or something and have STILL not refunded my money. Ugh

A few hours ago, I added 2 pairs to my cart then went to check out and it said out of stock 🙁 just like that. In my frustration I found myself on walmart’s website and decided to go that route with shoes for my growong toddler and preschoolers feet. They always need new shoes every couple months so I went super cheap online at Walmart. Found 4 pairs of shoes (boys toddler and girls preschool) for $31 $5 value shipping. Worth it for me to save a few bucks on shoes they outgrow in a matter of months. I don’t feel guilty not getting them a name brand 🙂
