I went to my Walgreens this morning when they opened and they told me that the gift sets with a green dot were the only ones half off. 🙁
Well, darn. 🙁 Did you price check to see if they actually rang up at 50% off? I noticed that even the weekly ad has select Gillette and other Gift Sets pictured as being 50% off starting today, 12/26.

I was at Walgreens earlier today and they had a shelving unit full of these gift sets 1/2 off, including sets with Tone (2 body washes, a soap, and shower pouf) now $5 and even a gift set of Crest whitening. The tone box said it had coupons inside. Anyone know how much the coupons are worth?
Is there a way to get the RP coupons from 11/23 & 12/14 for the Gillette sets? $2 is a great price for these if I can somehow get the coupons…

My walgreens would not take the coupons because they don’t say gift set.
Walgreens is so annoying. I don’t understand why they just don’t scan it. If the computer didn’t accept it, then that would be another story. I hate how they think they are the coupon police. They are going to get there money either way.
Our Walgreens is great! However, based on the way the cashiers at our local Walmart act, they must take the coupon money directly out of their paychecks! (LOL) SO aggravating!

Used this on the silk set this afternoon! Two Walgreens were completely sold out of mens sets and I just bought the Dorco year supply of razors so I’m going to see if my mom wants this. I just want the coupons! Haha
The coupon is for $7 off the purchase of a Schick Hydro groomer *and* refill razor pack. You’re saying the computer allowed you to use it on just the gift pack? That would be pretty crazy.
My Walgreens does not put any gift set on sale. They take them apart and put the individual products on the shelf for sale. They told me last year that it is not right for them to be marked down when the individual items sell at higher prices.
Lucy, that is so lame of them. They aren’t the ones who originally packaged it are they? Hate Walgreens.

I just got home from Walgreens. My local store (Norton, MA), did the same thing. Disappointing 🙁
Just went they wouldn’t take the coupon said it wasn’t for gift sets-does anyone know what the coupons are for? the ones that are in the gift sets?? may be worth paying the $5.
Just got back from my local Walgreens. The manager herself said that they weren’t selling most “gift-boxed items” at clearance prices because they’re “breaking them down and putting whatever [we] can back on the shelves”.
I found this highly interesting because I bought one of the *only* clearanced-priced sets (Venus women’s razor set) and just opened it at home.. each item’s barcode has a sticker over it that says “not for retail sale”. Hmm…
I just called my walgreens and they said that they are not being marked down.

Just came back and got two men’s gift sets. One shick and another Gillette. I used the 7.00 coupon from coupons.com like another reader here did and got one box for .50 and Gillette box for 7.50 =P…I asked the cashier if they were 50% off and she did not even know s o we had her scan them and they were half off!! ..whatever has a red or green dot is 50% off and the gift sets were beside the entrance, I had to look around.
I’m from Long Island NY and none of these are on except for the kids sets and they’re all for girls…….😣
When I went I found Piggy Paint for half off! It’s the nail polish that is as safe as mud- regularly $5 a bottle on sale for $2.50. It wasn’t even CHristmasy, it was just sold in the Christmas section!
