I think all codes are the same, I did a deal like this last week, got a code online and everyone used the same. Got mine before xmas.

I spoke with the company last week. They pulled this promo last week due to the abuse of codes by the same ppl. (People doing 15 orders etc) So all codes will come up invalid. I was lucky enough to get 2 free hoodies for my son before they pulled it.
The codes are still working fine. I just placed two orders tonight using them.

These codes are unique one time use only. They are not a generic multiple use code. You must go in store and ask for the flyer.

It might be. A couple of codes was going around last week and people were able to use the same codes to order. But I am not sure if this is the same.

I have never shopped at pS until Collin posted the $5 off $5 cpn deal a few weeks back. I went to the store and got a cami for my daughter. The cami was a size up and was tiny, she couldn’t wear it. I took it back to exchange it since I only paid 99 cents for it and she loves camis. Well, guess what, they said I can only do an equal exchange if it’s the same fabric print (?!), which of course they didn’t have the next size up in the same print. So ridiculous, they had the needed size in other prints, but nope, the manager was persistent. Called the corporate and wow, the same response. Bottom line: no wonder they are closing, customer service sucks! They should learn from Land’s End, where helping a customer is what they live by!
I worked in retail. same item but different prints would go on clearance at different prices. It sucks but it’s not out of the ordinary why they couldn’t do the exchange. It wasn’t exact.
