my store doesn’t allow more than one coupon, states at the bottom of their store coupon that it can’t be combined with any other offer. How do you get around that?

I stack store and manuf coupons all the time at Safeway with no issues.
I just went into the Northridge, CA store and they did NOT accept both. They said only one coupon per item. 🙁 Their coupon policy online doesn’t say anything about store coupon and manufacture coupon stacking, so I guess it’s up to each store to decide. I wish I knew of a Vons nearby that does accept them both.
Too Sad.. I am not near any Safeway!!!

I’m not even trying this one. Technically they’re supposed to stack…but it doesn’t work and my store has given me a hard time on two different occasions when they have had this deal before.
Mine also says no … Per them all “$ off” they offer are manufacturers so you can’t combine with another.
GRRR I just used my Tide mf coupon yesterday at Kmart with their double the mfg coupon for members.

I was just down the street from Safeway when I saw this!! Thank you Colin!! I had no troubles using both coupons… Now the three kids hanging all over the cart, grabbing candy and fighting over who gets to ride on the front… It was worth it😁
I noticed this deal when I was perusing my digital coupons. One is a store coupon & the other is a manufacturer & since they are both digitals, they should both work. Last time Safeway did this, it worked for me so it should work again.
I loaded both the MQ and SQ to my card and they both came off at checkout. I didn’t run into any problems. No paper coupons needed for me.
how do you load the MQ on there? I went on the app and I only see one $2 coupon for tide, and I’m guessing it’s the SQ.
Earlier this morning there were two Tide coupons – one said “save $2” (that was the MQ) and the other said “$2 off” (that was the SQ). They may have taken one of the coupons off now.

I work at Safeway and stores shouldn’t be telling customers they can’t be using both coupons. Employees aren’t allowed to say no to customers and if they are, you should call corporate because we have a no tolerance policy for denying customers anything.
I just called corporate and was told each store can have their own policy on coupons. The representative said there is lots of coupon fraud and they can deny anyone the use of coupons… mind you I go to my vons maybe once a month, so I’m not even a usual couponer there, just that I guess my store manager decided to make up her own rules, and according to corporate, the store can decide how to accept coupons. Each manager decides how to train their employees.
Even without the mf coupon it is still a good deal. I had been hoping to see tide coupons because I stocked up about 3 months ago and am starting to run low.

Worked in my Safeway in Oregon. I used both coupons and the doubler coupon. Got the Tide for $0.50
Also had no problem here in Portland, don’t you all have selfcheckouts, so you can scan the coupons yourself? With out a know it all cashier looking on?
