I got a surprise $10 for some reason! Just saw & bought k cups. Had to pay for shipping but got 18 for free. Still a great deal with shipping.

I have $10 when I spend $50, I am buying sock something we always can use:) I think most of the rewards come with a when you but. Most cases if people are getting them they bought something and they were put into their account. I learned that you can’t earn points when you pay with points So that is a tricky ne! I hear people saying that they do that all the time to but it doesn’t work that way.

Can never get the small amount of points to work. Only time it worked was when they gave out $20.

where do i find these messages/notifications on my shop your way account? i sign into my account, and go messages, but they are just advertisement messages. and i hardly ever get emails with bonus surprise points, so thought maybe there was something on my shop your way rewards acct that I’m missing?
i got email with $7.00 SPts when you spend $50.00.
i can also see it and any other surprise pts i have by going to Shopyourway.com on desktop, then upper right where it says “Hi Kathryn” click on my points right below it.
Then on the pop down window, right below my surprise points in the middle, below it is a little light bulb with link next to it titled “Learn More”, click that and new page with what I have will come up. Details are here too, which helps to know what sight they are good for.
Bets what you have to do is go to your SYW app and click on Rewards. At the bottom next to Shop and Shop’In. Once on Rewards on the Top of your phones screen it starts with Surprise Points and just click “View All” to look at the breakdown of points. You can also swipe the top banner and it takes you to this other one that says “You Have … Points” and click “View Info” and it will also tell you of any Surprise points

If you not using them maybe you can buy toilet paper or paper towels and do store pick-up in So. CA and I can get the, if not using. Just put me down as a 3rd party pick-up!!!

I never have had any surprise points in my account but my husband has several times. The only thing I can think of is that I signed up to be a personal shopper one time. I just cancelled that so hopefully I’ll get some points next time!
How is everyone getting surprise points? Do you have to at least spend something so that you can receive them?
They send them to me everytime,I don’t remember last time I bought anything from either store, I rarely shop at either one so I’m pretty sure that’s not it

Yay! $5 in Surprise Points and I will actually be near a K-Mart Monday so I could do free pick-up… any ideas of something I could order ahead of time for $4.99ish and pick it up? I got $7 SYW rewards. After a couple hassle, I found something that shipped to my house for $0.00 . Remember this only work for Kmart and Sears item. I ordered RiverRidge Home RiverRidge 2 Pc Folding Storage Bin Set – Dark Blue. I need these to get organized.. Good luck everyone.

ya looks like there are a lot of exclusions… Make sure the clothes or shoes are sold by Sears or kmart. Or call them and do it by phone. I hear that is pretty easy.
I got $12!! Went today and hit up double coupons! Got some sweet deals! I actually couldn’t use the $12 with my coupons but I did let my son use them for his Lego set plus I had $10 extra coupon that printed at check out so he ended up paying $2.58 for his Lego set that was original $24.99.

Thanks for the reminder. I had $24.00 in surprise points. $4 were on jewelry purchases over $50, $10 were on purchases over $150 which I didn’t use.
However, there was one $10 off anything in automotive with no minimum purchase. I bought 4 car air fresheners (the kind you plug into the vent), chose store pick up, and paid zero!

Just looked at my Shop Your Way rewards account again. I have $10 in surprise points for automotive too. No min. purchase. I am going to get a bottle of deicer and Rain X gallon windshield cleaner. Just need to pay tax & pick up in store. (Needed to buy for winter any ways 🙂 )
I had $10 in rewards on a shoe purchase, expired yestereday…I could’t get my cart online to load for the past several days, so I was unable to use them. It sais redeemable online only. When I called, they said I could buy by phone, and couldn’t really help with the online issue and said to just keep checking to see if it worked… but I didn’t know what I wanted to buy since I couldn’t use the cart…oh well, i didn’t really need to spend that much in shoes anyway.
