    Awesome!!! Thank You

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re most welcome! 🙂

  2. Kay

Thanks Collin! Quick ? I hope someone can help. I really enjoy couponing (kind of my hobby) but there is only so much that my family needs! I have tried to google places that will take donations without any luck in finding places. I have a lot of extra toiletries and baby/kids items i can donate. Does anyone have any ideas who i could contact? Thank you! 🙂

    • smellyann

Do you have a Samaritan House or a Ronald McDonald House? Or if there is military nearby, a Fisher house? Those places could all use them.

    • amanda

Domestic abuse shelters, Red Cross, Homeless shelters, schools, thats just a few I thought of….

    • Denise s

Try your local salvation army. I have a local shelter near us that houses battered women and children they are always looking for that stuff..

    • Robin

If you have a Women’s Shelter nearby they can always use these items. Also check with local churches.

    • Jenn's $tockpile

I do the same thing – have so much for my family – I start giving away to friends and neighbors. Also, if you know of any graduates this spring – make goodie bags full of essentials that they’ll need. If you want to donate, look for a food pantry or shelter in your area or I take a bag of deodorant, feminine products and toothbrushes and toothpaste to my children’s grade school, middle and high school – they always appreciate that kind of stuff at their school. Couponing is so awesome when you use it to help others 😉

    • Sue

Check with a local church, most in our area support a food pantry/organization that help those in need.

    • Kay

Thanks all! There is a Ronald McDonald house nearby so i will check there. I would love to donate to a local battered women’s shelter so i will research that as well. Thanks again 🙂 Happy New Year!

      • daltonjsmom

I have donated to our local Rape and Abuse Crisis Center also. Don’t be surprised if they seem a bit stand-offish. Ours has a “secret” location, due to abused women whose abusers are looking for them and want to harm them. If you call, they have someone meet you at a neutral location for pick-up if they don’t know you personally. They really appreciate your donation all the same–they are just protecting the women and children who live there. I didn’t understand that the first time I called…

    • Steph

You will be surprised when you google food pantries or donation centers in your area. Our area has several that I donate to regularly. They so appreciate anything they can get.

    • Susie

      Senior Center.

    • Mary

These are all good donation suggestions. I have been a Red Cross volunteer for 13 years. When we respond to local house fires we give everyone in the household a kit with hygiene items. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, razor, etc. I donate all extras to them.

    • Amanda

Kids in my preschool this Christmas made 100 bags of toiletries and we donated to the homeless shelter. They need toothpaste, deodorant, body wash soaps, socks, gloves, hats. Find a homeless shelter and please donate. We are so blessed to have all!

    • Heather Obermiller

Check with your nearby public school. I’m a middle school teacher and one of the teachers I work with had the kids make a list of gifts they would like for Christmas, and some of our students asked for basic things. I have to share, because sometimes I think we forget just how lucky we are. One student asked for a pair of shoes that fit, and another student asked for school supplies.

    • Emily

I give to a local women’s shelter and have been doing so for years. However, here is something that others may not have thought of before. Now I work for a local university in the department that deals with the hundreds of international students on campus. Before taking this job, I had no idea the sacrifices that the families of these students make to send the students the USA for school, and some of them literally live in dorm rooms with nothing but the provided furniture and apartments with no furniture at all. Before the Winter Break, we had a long line for hats, gloves, and blankets, that, ironically, were donated by another charity shelter that wanted to help. The other staff and professors “adopt” students and bring them to our home at least once a month, and my “kids” love going “shopping” in my store for my freebies.

The point being, I am sure that there is an international center at a college/university that would love donations, because we often hear from students who need help with the freebies and discounted items we can get with our coupons, on everything from personal hygiene products to American junk food that they would love to try. One of my students even discovered that he loves the American foods of Cheerios, Oreos, and any kind of bubble gum. 🙂

Kay I can use ur help
      I hv a new born

    • Shanna

You can also donate to your local woman’s shelter or even a homeless shelter. They always need those kind of items.

    • Ali

Contact me plz I can use extra items (bang stuff)

  3. Denise s

Thank you Collin for everything you do girl!!! Your amazing

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW Denise!

  4. lowasampsonite

Kay, I have no problems finding places to donate. Just google some local places – shelters for women and homeless are a great place to start!

  5. agata

For tressemme deal, we can’t use four coupons, the limit is 2

    • Sandra

You can do in two transactions.

  6. Cathy

    Thank you Collin!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re so welcome, Cathy!

  7. Sue

I think the math is off on the Colgate toothbrush deal; if $1.99 then second is $.99 which equals $2.98 minus 2 @.50 coupons equals $1.98 or 99 cents each

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Whoops! Thanks – updating now!

  8. Caitlin

Maybe someone can help with this. Every once in a while I’ve seen pharmacies like rite aid and cvs offer $25 gc or extracare bucks for transferring a prescription. Does anyone know when they are most likely to have this deal? I want to switch from walmart to cvs but would obviously prefer to wait for a deal like this.

    • daltonjsmom

I have heard that they will honor a Kmart Q for transferring a prescription at the CVS pharmacy, but I have never tried it myself. Wags ran those prescription Qs in-ad for about 6 mos. nearly 2 years ago & I transferred all my prescriptions there.

      • meg

I work at CVS. We are supposed to honor most competitor coupons in the pharmacy, but it has to follow the exact wording…. ie: Transferred prescription vs new prescription, etc. Some pharmacists may refuse them, so I would call around until you find one that will honor the coupon for you. Here is the link with more info:
        https://www.cvs.com/help/contact-us-faqs.jsp?type=store&topicid=200018

        • Caitlin

Thanks so much! Unfortunately I haven’t seen any of these coupons for any retailer. Is there a particular one that anyone knows of? I’ve heard there is a kmart one online but I can’t find it. Id like to have the coupon from whatever store before I start asking at cvs about matching it. I was hoping with the new year a few places might be offering deals but I haven’t found any.

          • mel

My CVS will take other store RX coupons.. Rite Aid seems to have them more frequently, they seem to be in the ad every few weeks or so. KMart sometimes has transfer coupons in their coupon booklets (right in the front with the ads) Or you can ask the pharmacist you are thinking of moving your rx’s and sometimes they’ll give you a brochure and it’ll have a transfer coupon on the back. I can’t even remember the last time I saw a CVS or Walgreens transfer coupon offer!!

    • Janell

I use $20 Meijer pharmacy coupons at CVS.

  9. jhnicole

    Thanks.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YW!

  10. Amu

How are the diapers? I want to stock up for baby showers. I’m thinking newborn and size 1

    • Serena

They are ok, but I prefer Walgreens diapers and Costco brand diapers over cvs

    • daltonjsmom

I don’t buy Newborn sizes for showers because often babies are too big for them when they are born/come home from hospital. Also some hospitals send home newborn size diapers. Then new moms have to get out to exchange them with a new baby (if they even make the effort). I usually get larger sizes so they have them even after most of the other ones people have bought are gone. I really appreciated that when I was a new mother.

    • Jen

If you are giving them as a gift I would do the pampers deal. With the $2 coupons that’s a nice price for Pampers brand. Most hospitals (at least in this area) use the pampers for the newborn babies and I think the name brand always looks better when it’s a gift. Also I would go with size one. The hospital gave my first baby size 1 from the day she was born… Skipped over newborn size completely lol. Even if it’s a tiny baby, they grow quick!! Better too big than too small 🙂

      • Emily

My son was 10# when he was born so we were never in newborns and quickly out of size one. I agree with buying larger sizes as gifts because of the quickness they will go through them. He was in size 3 for about 6 months or so.

    • awlrain

We weren’t the biggest fans of the cvs diapers – we seemed to always get leaks! We compared with Pampers and they seem to be narrower. So, as always, depends on the baby. But as far as softness and sensitivity, they were fine for us otherwise. So, we save them for when there’s only like an hour left before bedtime (ie short wearing period) but baby needs a new diaper before changing him into an overnight diaper.

  11. Savannah

If a coupon says one per customer, can I use two coupons of the same kind in the same transaction, if I bring someone with me?

    • mel

If it’s a CVS store coupon, no b/c the 2nd coupon will beep. You’d have to do sep transactions. For manuf coupon.. well, I guess it is up to the store.

  12. keriann

the finish would be $1.85 with the $2.15 off 1 from 1/4 ss

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh whoops! Thanks – adding now!

  13. Amanda

    Amu,
I have a 9 mth old and we have tried CVS and babiesRus diaper brands. Unfortunately, our little guy has broke out (like a BAD diaper rash) with both. Now we stick with Huggies and Pampers…..No diaper rash : )

    • Ash

Pampers and Luvs are made by the same company. Same diaper pretty much except for the packaging and design. Pampers can be so expensive! Luvs are a good deal even without coupons.

  14. Jane

For donations try your local Senior Center. Ours has a food pantry for needy seniors.

  15. Angela

Amu. We love cvs diapers. We only use them or pampers. My daughters broke out in a rash from target and the huggies ones seem to have hard spots in them. Not a fan at all of walgreens but my sil only uses wags diapers for our nephew. This is all to say you won’t know for sure until you try them on your own baby. Also sometimes a rash can actually be from the wipes and not the diapers

  16. Edy

My cvs red machine just gave me a 5/30 in diapers great deal for pampers deals ! Also, 2 of my cvs have 75% Christmas stuff got great stockings and gift bags for next year

  17. Tiffany

Amu I have tried the diapers and the training pants and we love them my daughter hasn’t had any problems with them and they don’t leak over night like some generic diapers do

  18. Milly

Just came from cvs looking for Christmas deals had my eye on a ottoman Bluetooth speaker finally 75% off $24.99 and used my 10 reward from Pantene &14.99 hoping its a great one my son will be super excited

  19. Carol_R

Thanks so much Collin for these awesome match-ups.

  20. c

Thank you for all that you do for us.

  21. HW

Just came from my CVS where they had individual Skinny Cow choc/caramel bars at 75% off at .31 each. I also needed to stock up on deodorant and only use clear gels, so decided to take advantage of the Gillette deal and coupons from 12/28 P&G and did the following deal:

    Purchased 7 Gillette deodorants (B1G1 50% off) = $32.96
    Purchased 17 Skinny Cows = $5.27
Used coupon for 30% off deodorant purchase – deducted $9.99
    Used $10 Beauty ECB
Used $10 ECB from Pantene deal
Used $1 ECB from gum deal
    Used 3 coupons for $2 off 2 Deodorants from 12/28 P&G
    oop = $1.24
AND rec’d another $10 ECB and $3 ECB

  22. michelle

The Schick razors should be free if you use the buy one get one free coupon from coupon.com that has reset. At Cvs if u use a buy one get one coupon on an item that is already buy one get one both items are free just pay taxes

    • Yuki

Schick is not on BOGO promotion, it is buy $25 get $10 ecb.

      • kelly hearn

do you know if you can use a $3 mq on the razor that you’re buying and the other would be free?

    • Trinity

Is this an overlapped deal? From today and next week? I don’t see the deal of buy 1 get one free. I do have the coupon though. If it was, I’d be amazing!

  23. christina

You’re AWESOME Collin. Thanks for the great posts!

  24. Karen

Yay! I’ve been waiting to use my nature made $7 q for a mm! Make sure to sign up on their website to earn points. I was throwing out some expired bottles and entered the codes before I did and I ended up with enough points to order the $7 q.

  25. Dawn

Is there a way to tell what products are included in the $5 ECB on qualifying cosmetics, hair care, hand and body lotion and personal cleansing products? I am trying to understand if the regular body washes (i.e. Nivea, Caress, etc.) in the sale ad are included. Thank you!

    • mel

You can ck myweeklyad at cvs.com. Find that deal and click the box and it will show all included items. Since it is so many items you might have to try a few boxes.

  26. Renee

I got 2 red plum insets and no ALL detergent coupons. I never get the ALL detergent coupons in my paper 🙁 makes me so sad bc I love their detergent!

    • Dawn

DId you happen to get the Tresemme ones? I didn’t, but I did get the ALL coupons. I’d be willing to swap them with you.

      • Renee

I didn’t get those either! Also do not have the contact solution coupons 🙁
Are there any other coupons you want from this Sunday or last Sunday?

  27. Sopia

Just curious, is anyone else experiencing problems with coupons.com today?

  28. Emily

Anyone else not finding the pampers coupons? Are they gone? 🙁

  29. Elsy

Does somebody receive the coke coupons?😃

  30. Jenn's $tockpile

Just a heads up – the $10/3 aspirin coupon is beeping but my cashier pushed it through. Hopefully that get that fixed as the week progresses.

    • mel

It will beep b/c CVS registers are set that way, and will need an override for the high value.

  31. Melanie

I’m planning my first CVS trip this week. I’m accustomed to Rite Aid and Target, using Collin’s match-ups, so I’m sure I’ll do well at CVS too, just something new. Thank you Collin!!

  32. mel

Disappointed that the Zarbee’s wasn’t in my ad. I was looking all over the store, when the manager stopped me and asked if I needed help. Told him I was looking for the Zarbee’s trial with ECB. He was like I don’t recall a deal on those. So we went through the ad page by page and it wasn’t there. I was like But I know I saw it somewhere!! Pulled up MyWeeklyAd and it wasn’t there either. Finally pulled up H2S and there it was. I showed him and he was like sorry, it must be a regional offer. Booo CVS : (

  33. An

I hope it is only my store. I did the Schick deal today. Bought two razors at $12.99 each and used a BOGO coupon. However, the $10 ecb didn’t print and the receipt showed that I only spent $12.99 toward this deal. Another $12.01 required to reach $25. I did the same deal about a month ago with a BOGO coupon I did get the ecb at that time. I thought maybe cvs changed the system but I hope it is only my store. Good luck to everyone!

    • Juliana

anyone else have a huge beauty clearance at their CVS?
