Do you have to use your Starbucks card or can you just enter in a code from a bag of coffee?
Chelsey, the email states it can be purchased from grocery store and earn the bonus stars by entering the code from the bag. Hth
How do Bonus stars work?? A few days ago, I received an email offer to receive 4 bonus stars with espresso drink purchase, and I bought my espresso drink with my Starbucks card/app and during the correct dates, but I did not receive my Bonus stars! It’s been 2 days. Upset I didn’t get my bonus stars!

In the email, they usually state the date your stars will be available.
Carla – Look at the bottom of the email. It will say when your stars will post. Usually it’s 1-2 weeks after the promotion has ended.
Yay! This means the via packs I got at target for $1.79 will stretch even further 😉
I was going to suggest this too!! It says it’s not valid until tomorrow, so we will have to go back and get some more!!!
The clearance via packs from Target don’t have the codes inside them- neither do the outside of the whole or ground coffee… I have never seen codes in the K-cup boxes
I wish they would put them on Kcups. The only way to get stars is to buy them from Starbucks but the deals in stores are so much better!
I have purchased ground coffee in the grocery store and they had codes on them, have they stopped doing this?
The Christmas blends do not have the codes on them. Only the regular blends do.
The via packs holiday blends I purchased DID have codes inside the boxes.
Mine did too. So did the holiday ground coffee at Target. Nothing I got at the actual Starbucks stores had any star codes though.
I bought two Christmas vias from target yesterday that were on clearance – do you think this will count if I wait till tomorrow to enter my star codes?
Yes, that’s what I’m planning to do with the code from one of the packs I got! I usually save the codes from packaged coffee for occasions like this, and I’ve always gotten the bonus stars. = )
Even stores like Ross and Marshalls carry Starbucks coffee and there are stars on them that are valid! 🙂
This promo overlaps with the New Year star dash promo. I wonder how the stars will apply with both going on at the same time? I’m happy to earn toward free coffee on just promo or the other, but it would be super awesome it the stars applied to the totals needed for both!
My bonus stars I got from a deal in dec ended up applying for the stardash… I think they need to be received in time to apply, but it did work for me, pleasant surprise!

I just checked account and they did not count the stars for the bonus dash—but I sent them an email requesting that they do apply the deal. Hope it is a yes! They are usually great about helping

Betty, I rarely respond to negative comments but I thought I was add my view 🙂 many times people come to the comments section to share extra codes they have. This mom was just throwing her name in the hat if someone happen to have one. There is so much negativity in the world that I think we couponing, deal loving ladies should encourage each other along the way!! 🙂

To me when people use their children as an excuse to ask for something I think it’s shady. If you want a code ask for one but leave the kids out of it.
I don’t really think she’s ‘using’ her kids to ask for something. She’s just letting us know the reason why she needs extra coffee (caring for toddlers takes a lot of energy, and she has twins!). That’s not an excuse, that’s just letting us understand her situation a bit. 🙂

The coupon is for single origin, which is hard to find., and is only available ground. I prefer whole bean. BUT, the Q printed from my iPad 😊 that’s a first!!

The web site says it is for single origin, but the coupon itself says for any one bag of Starbucks coffee 10 oz. or larger and K-cups. I used it to buy 12 oz. whole bean Veranda Blend (not single origin) at Safeway and it scanned fine.
