Sam’s Club was selling this for $129.99 for most of November up until 11/26. We had bought it and returned it last week. It works pretty good – not as good as a Vitamix though. It did have trouble chopping/grinding some foods. Please be advised that it is VERY loud.

I’ve got one if these. I agree. Save your $ and put it toward a Vitamix. Nothing can compare.

We got one of these in November and we absolutely love it!

This is a great deal considering my husband and I payed A LOT more a couple years back. However, the last reviewer is right. It sounds like you have a racing car engine in your kitchen when you use it (far, far beyond the standard blender). We got a Nutribullet for smoothies because it sees to grind better so if you’re not wanting the extra attachments, etc I would go that direction before this one.

We use a different model of Ninja to make our breakfast smoothies. It is very loud, but the noise doesn’t cause us any problems. We’ve never used a Vitamix, so we can’t compare; however, it does a really nice, dependable job blending our whole fruits/flax meal/protein powder, it is easy to clean, and we’re grateful to have it. (We paid about half this price for it last October, and we’ve used it nearly every weekday morning ever since.)

I’m laughing about the noise comments! We just got the ninja to replace our cuisinart and think that is is sooooo much quieter! It’s still loud, but that cuisinart could alert all of your neighbors to your blending habits!

I was thinking about getting this for the food processor. My cheap food processor is broken and I desperately need a new one. Just don’t know which one to get. This one doesn’t have the blades for shredding cheese;(
