   I still had the printable B1G1 free …so I bought 4…used the two coupons -9.99 and -9.99…got .paid 22 with tax…Then got $10 in Gift cards…12 for all 4! 🙂

  I tried that at our Target in Springfield, MO and they wouldn’t take the coupon when they have a Target gift card offer. I paid more than if I would have just used the coupon. Just letting everyone know to beware, it doesn’t work like that at all Target stores.

  Coupons are payment that the store will get reimbused for, why they want to turn that down is stupid. If cashier gives you trouble go to CS for a missed coupon. Or if you dont feel comfortable paying more than you think you should, tell the cashier to void the items off. There is nothing in Target coupon policy that says they don’t take coupons on a GC promo.

  Try another store. I have one target store by me that is really stingy about promotions and coupons – it’s like the cashiers (and even some of the managers!!) take it personally that you aren’t paying “enough”. I just ask them to take the items off, return the coupons to me, and go to another store. (I am lucky enough to have about 5 target stores within 15 minutes of my house!)
