  I just did this and I don’t see the $5.00 bonus…mine isn’t under perks..does it take a while? It’s been 10 minutes

  Have you tried to close the app and refresh your gift cards? The bonus $5 shows up on a separate gift card. Last time both my husband and I did this and it worked great.

  Sonia:

  You have to buy a gift card (min $2) and then enroll in DD Perks (make sure you provide the promo code mentioned in this post.
  Once you are enrolled, you will see 2 gift cards. $2 (the one you purchased) and a $5 (due to the promotion).

  If you purchased a card, and you entered the bonus code, you may need to swipe the card to the left to see the $5. It doesn’t show up as $7 if you loaded a $2 and then $5 bonus. There are 2 cards listed there.

   You don’t need to purchase a gift card to complete the offer. Just go pick up a card from your local Dunkin Donuts and follow the instructions listed. It will take a few minutes for your offer to appear.

   So I see my 5$ bonus card on the Perks app. But how do you use it? When I go into a store do I use my existing card or show the 5$ bonus card on app at payment time?

    I signed up yesterday. I got a message saying congratulations you get a free medium beverage, but I do not see where it is now. I did not get an email and I do not see on the app in order to retrieve it. I did get the five dollar bonus card though.

    You may want to clarify that the the BONUS code is entered at the very last step after you’ve completed purchasing your dd card. Very confusing. But I got it! Thank you!

    I bought a 2$ card and signed up for perks, got a free beverage to my email but never received a 5$ card. At the end of signing it said the app stopped working 🙁 but the account is open, got a voucher for free drink but I can only see the 2$ card…
