I saw $1 off 2 manufacturer’s coupons for these at my local grocery store in St. Louis (Schnucks). I know the coupon value can’t exceed the value of the items, but can I buy 6 for a cost of .19 times 6 = $1.15 – $1 off = 0.15 for 6 packs of gum? Can someone please tell me if this will work? This is a great price for gum anyways but hipsters are always looking to sweeten the deal further, right?! 🙂

Yes that would work. Or if you give the manufacture coupon over first, and then scan the store coupons you will get overage. Just make sure you have other items in your transaction to cover the overage. 🙂

Can I buy 6 packs in one transaction, even though it says limit 3? I remember with store coupon we didn’t really have to follow the limit rules? And, it’s not limit 3 per customer I hope?

        • bethwalgreens

The limit is up to the store. I have never had a problem purchasing more than the limit. The coupon will work on additional items over the stated limit.

            Thank you!

So if I’m buying 6 I could use 3 $1 coupons and have $2.85 in overage?

        • bethwalgreens

It depends on the regular price of the gum. For example If the gum is $1.25 a pack than 6 packs would be $7.50 so your $6 in mq’s would not beep. Then you would scan the in ad q and store booklet q Giving you $4.86 in overage. But of course your milage may vary.

How can you stack the in ad coupon with the January Savings booklet? Aren’t they both store coupons?

    • Laura

      You can stack both
      I just did this deal
      Paid 19 cents per pack
      Thanks Collin

Bummer! I just went to 2 stores and all sold out or not even carry it.

  5. Judy Trac

No go here. Store in Brentwood said u can’t combine 2 store coups unless it was store& manufacture

    • bethwalgreens

Walgreens coupon policy states that you can use 1 manufacture coupon and ANY applicable store coupons on the purchase of a single item.

I was able to buy more than three in one transaction They rang up my gum, scanned the in-ad coupon (the .69 applied to all the packs of gum) then scanned the January .50 IVC last! Worked liked a charm!
