   When I enter the item (Brother Label Maker) it does come up at $9.99, but it adds shipping of $9.95. When/how does the shipping come off, please?

  Go into your account settings for your staples account and add your member number to your account and it will automatically take the shipping off for you.

  Yes I was e-mailed I got it five days ago. The e-mail was titled “$5, $500, even $1,000 could be waiting for you.” It was a mystery reward good through tomorrow.

   Yay! I had this on my wish list for Christmas but did not get it., Merry After-Christmas to me! Lol. Price is MUCH better. Happened to go to Staples tonight and they did not have them in stock, but the associate ordered it right up with free shipping… He said it was free shipping anyway, without being rewards member. .? Not sure why.

   Just be sure you check out the price of the label tape that you need to use this before you buy it so there are no surprises (of the bad kind) it is pricey but as long as it is not a surprise (as it was in my case)

    I too had wanted this for Christmas, so I jumped on this deal. Received it yesterday, got I it all set and it wouldn’t print. The motor would run, but wouldn’t print or advance the tape, and would just shut off. I tried removing the tape cartridge and replacing it… no luck. After about 5 mins of looking it over trying to figure it out, it soon read “low battery”! Ugh. So, I took it back today, replaced it… The good news is, it prints. The bad news is it still says low battery. (I’m using brand new batteries. I even swapped them out for another set of new ones… same thing.). Crazy! Anyone else have this experience? Frustrated! I thought about upgrading… until I looked at the tape prices for that model. YIKES! Thoughts? Thanks…
