If you shopping cart was just empt, I think that’s just a glitch in their system. That has happened to me multiple times and I went back and ordered the same things that had went missing!
Be aware, their quality has went down in the past year. Their “sweatshirts” are now more like hooded long sleeved t-shirts.
Yes! I purchased five long sleeve shirts from them a couple weeks ago and I can literally see my tv through them enough to watch it and know what’s going on! I will definitely be returning them! They are so thin and ill fitting.
They sell sweatshirts and hooded tees. Maybe you got the latter? They are much thinner. To me the quality is still pretty decent and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years now. I do prefer their jeans over tops though. They are the brand of jeans that fit me best.

Wow, not sure how, but I got the jeggings above for $9.60 and two pair of crop pants for $4.79 each. I ended up spending $20.53 with tax!
Lenka, I’ve had 2 orders now that seemed to take off a higher discount than it should. The first time, I actually re-added the items into my cart 3 times to give the computer a chance to reset itself. I did this over 3 days. By the third day I just wanted to checkout before my items sold out. I ended up getting over $600 worth of clothing for under $90. I think it took off 50% twice or something. This last time only a few items did (what I perceive as) the double discount. I got 3 of the same shirt in 3 different colors. 2 were $7 something, one was $3 something. It’s odd.
I got a shirt, 2 boxers, a purse and 2 mini perfume sets for $35.93 shipped! Already starting a pile for next Christmas! 🙂

Code won’t work
The UPS man probably thinks I have a shopping problem. I just placed 2 orders because I didnt read through everyones comments. First order had jogging pants for 12.80 for me and a pair boxers for my hubby for 4.80. I think placed a 2nd order using the $10 off code (shouldve combine them!!!) and got the jeggings, 12.67, bermuda shorts, 11.07, crop pant 6.32 and midi shorts in burgundy for 7.92. Total with tax 40.26. Crazy! Going to Disney (and camping there) in April and will need new summer clothes, this stuff is perfect- inexpensive, but nice looking! Thank you, Collin!

I bought the ladies sweatshirt hoodies from AE Factory last year and the quality was horrible. It was covered in pills under the arms within a few hours. I returned it to the retail store and she said to never buy from AE factory because the quality is so poor. It’s definitely worth the extra to buy from the real retail store.
I have been confused about AE Factory vs. regular AEO, are all of the items online (minus Aerie) the AE Factory brand? I am so sad, our local store closed down so I don’t have the option of shopping in store anymore!

I got $273 worth of clothing for ME (for once lol) for $109 and went thru Ebates for 3%(?) cash back! Got 4 long sleeves shirts, 2 sweaters, a headband, slippers, and a pair of jeggings. That’s about $11 each (well the headband came to only $2.50 lol). Thanks Collin! I’m still dieting/losing and this morning I was 180 (was 237 in April) 😜 So a couple pieces of new clothes in an XL & XXL instead of a 3X will help to cheer me on 👍

Not a huge fan of American Eagle but I LOVE Aerie!! I got four pairs of undies (advertised as $3.99 each but dropped to $3.00 each once in the cart), a pair of PJ pants for $12, a set of three pairs of earrings for $4.00, and a highly rated bra for $14. Almost didn’t get the pants but when I saw the code it was just enough to get me over $40. Ended up spending ~$35.00 after tax.
