   I entered the code and it worked for me! Different topic here….
   Has anyone had trouble accessing the coupons from the KFR site. It’s been about a week and I still get a message that says “The website cannot display the page” I thought maybe they’re doing maintenance on the site but maybe it’s my computer because it has been so long. I have no trouble with any other coupon sites though, so I’m just trying to see if anyone else is running into the same issue with their site. I’ve checked Java and it’s up to date.

  Yes! I have many issues with their coupons. Their customer service isn’t very helpful. The last time I sent them a message with a very descriptive explanation of my problem, their only reply was a link with their FAQs. More than once I’ve wasted points on coupons I can’t print. I’m about to hang it up with their rewards program. Online searches yield similar complaints. :/

  I have had the same problem. Last time I did the live chat and they refunded my points. Maybe try that. 🙂

  Same here – coupons that won’t print, maintenance pages, and lack of customer service. Somebody is asleep at Kelloggs. I’m just banking points for now.

  Make sure you don’t have a space before or after the code – that could be why it’s showing expired.

    Their rewards program may very well be the worst EVER. Chintzy rewards, stupid expiration policies on their points, and frequent technical issues.

  I’ve actually been really pleased with theirs. I Have received loads of free shutterfly gifts from them. Also I have used my points on a syrup dispenser that I’d really been wanting and also received free books and movie tickets in addition to the points. Sorry you’ve been disappointed by it though!

    Inflation perhaps…..it mow takes 850 pts to buy the $1 coupons. Not sure if it buys 2 prints or just still one. Good that they upped the value from .75 cents.

  Same with the stores that double everyday up to 99 cents face value in my area.
  Farm Fresh does double $1 coupons…but they only do it on Wednesdays (unless they are running a week long Super Doubles). Get there late and all the good stuff has sold out. It happens to be the first day of the new sales week too.
  Harris Teeter does the Super Doubles…but only every couple months or so.

    I used to save my points for a Starbucks gift card. It was a $5 gcard for 6,000 points last year and now 7,000. Thanks a lot of Kelloggs Jez.
