    • cristal

Yay finally got it Thanks Collin!

  3. Brenna

Does anyone know the reviews on these? Can it make smoothies or can you use it as a juicer?

  4. Yvonne

I have this and loove it! I use it for everything, from smoothies to snowcone ice for my kids. My hubby use it for smoothies every morning. To me, it’s just as good as the $300 plus ones out there. I got mine at Samsclub for $80.00 so this is a great price. I highly recommend it.

  5. Michelle

The ninjas are phenomenal!! I have the bigger set & my daughter makes smoothies all the time!! I think it would grind rocks if you put them in there!!😜

  6. Edy

There great and for this price greater! I bought 6 for $50 dlrs so worthed that’s the reason I gave one to every one of my brothers ! Great I blend beets without cooking them with chia seeds and pineapple for a smottie trying to loose the weight

  7. Nicole

Are these accessory pieces for the Ninja blender. I was hoping to get the answer from the product details, but still can’t figure it out. The product description doesn’t say “Ninja Blender needed”, but I don’t see a cord.

    • Vergin

No, these are not accessories. It comes with the blender. The one the top of big jar that says ninja is the blender that u can switch to all jars provided. Hope it helps.
      Thanks

      • Nicole

That helps greatly. I was looking for a base with a motor on the bottom or a cord.

        I ordered one. Thanks you.

  8. Brenna

Sold out already in my area 🙁 Unless I want to pay shipping. Sad.

  9. Vivien

Can anyone tell me if this Ninja Master is good for grinding the MEAT? Look forward to your replys, thank you!

    • Melissa

I have one. I don’t think it would be good for grinding meat unless there is liquid in the blender, but I could be wrong. I think the bigger more expensive one is much more heavy-duty.

    • Kristy

My husband uses it to grind up cooked steak and chicken all the time. We also use it to grind coffee beans.

  10. Susan Hartnett

Not really worth it when i have to pay 9.95 for shipping because no stores in my area can it be shipped to.

  11. Laura

No Macy’s near me. Shipping kills this deal. 🙁

    • Susan Hartnett

Go to the chat for a customer service agent as i did and ask for the shipping to be waived.

      • Kelly

I went to the chat customer service. Will not waive the shipment unless the person on the other line takes my credit card and purchases it
that way. I don’t feel safe giving my credit card number to a chat line. Not worth it.

        • mom

i had the same issue with the first person but then closed chat and chatted with a new person and they had me place order and then give them order number and then they went in and adjusted my shipping fee.

  12. Katie

I’ve used this for pureeing baby food and it works great! The canisters are smaller sized so it’s not ideal for large quantities.

  13. Vergin

The shopathome acct is 1 per household or 1 per person? so we can have 2 accts in household?
    Thanks

  14. Crystal B

    It’s 9.99 shipping

    • Susan Hartnett

Go to the chat and ask for it to be waived as i just did. since my local store wasn’t available for it to be shipped to.

      • mackyjane

I don’t see where you can chat with them…I only see where you can call Macy’s. Where did you find the chat box?

        • Stephanie

          Hi Machyjane,
I couldn’t find it neither but I googled it and find that link:
          https://www.macys.com/chat.ognc?Chat=Sales&cm_sp=
And the good news is that it worked. The agent was able to waive them but only after I placed my order, and now I can see that the shipping fees were removed. I also called before chatting and the agent wanted to waive them on the phone but the issue is that if you place the order on the phone you won’t get the $20 from Shop at Home so don’t get tricked.
Thanks for everyone who advice us on that.

          • mackyjane

Thank you! I was able to buy the Ninja and a pair of Nike socks with a gift card purchased on Raise.com for only $40 and I’ll get the $20 back from ShopatHome….so I got the socks for free! Woohoo! Makes my day. Thanks Stephanie for the help and thank you Collin for the deal!

  15. Crystal B

Nicole..the black top turns off & you then use it on All the other jars. It’s like a stick tith a blade on the end that sticks into the bottom of the cups when the lid with the mixing unit is attatched

  16. Susan Hartnett

Well i ordered , I asked on the chat with customer service if i could get a promo code for free shipping since i couldn’t have it shipped to my local macy’s and customer service waived the shipping . How great is that!!!! So now i just hope the shopathome discount for $19.99 comes through.

    • Vivien

Susan, thanks for your info! Do you mean you asked for a free shipping TO STORE promo code? So the item will be shipped to store and you go pick it up ( like you get free store pick up)? I’m a little confused. I used to have the order shipped home, or the items are available in a nearby store so I go to pick them up ( no shipping fee).

      • April

I Just order and also use my $10 gift card from Macy’s for my anniversary. I chat to them and they say they don’t have free shipping code but if u give me ur order no I can Waive. Here is her answer (Oh, I see. If you like, you can just place your order and provide me the order number so I can waive the shipping fee. Would that be Helpful)

Hopefully it would help u to order

        • Vivien

Hi April, nice information! So here is what I got from you (and other lucky buyers who had their shipping waived):

          1. put the item in your cart and start to check out.
          2. find Macy’s LiveChat at the last pg before submitting ur order top right.
          3. Stop checking out and start chating with a Macys rep, get the OK from her/him
          4. Leave the Live Chat window on, complete checking out. ——- You check out by yourself, right?
          5. Give your order number to the Live Chat rep. Done!

          Do I get everything right?

Also, does this mean: for any item (on Macy’s com ) which is not available in your local Macy’s, you cam use this way to ask for waiving the shipping fee?

Unfortunately I didn’t get yesterday’s Ninja deal, but if I could get to know Macy’s shipping policy, it is still very helpful.

I look forward to your answer. Thank you in advance! You have a nice Friday!

    • Laura

How did you chat with customer service? All I can find is the customer service phone number…

      • mom

i am wondering the same thing.

        • mom

i found the chat when I went farther into placing the order. Unfortunately the first person I chatted with wasn’t willing to help. I chatted again and they had me place order then give them the order number and then they went in and edited my shipping. Thanks for the tips and this awesome deal!

      • mom

Found the chat but lady only said free shipping over &100.

        • April

U will find that at the last pg before submitting ur order top right.

  17. lucy

It was 19.99 in thr ma ys store I went to in los angeles

    • miawithluv

Which Macy’s? I’m also in LA and I got mine a couple of days before and it was 39.99

  18. Vivien

  19. Amy

I’ve never used shop at home before. How do I know if I did it right?

    • maria

Amy u and i are on the same boat!!! Also when can u redeem the cash back?

      • Vergin

It will show up in your acct in a week. They will Send u the check automatically once u reach 20$.
        Thanks.

  20. mom

how do I chat to ask for the shipping to be waived? Can’t find the chat.

  21. caryn

I just did it on my phone. However, I didn’t get a ‘ticket’ like I do on the computer…how long does it show pending in my account?! Worried I didn’t get cash back but was signed in on shopathome and clicked on Macy’s Blue deal where it showe’d the $20…..thanks!

  22. HM

I don’t see the “get deal” button. When I click on the link I see an activate button. I’m using an iPhone. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!

    • Mary

I get the same. Please help

      • Victoria W. C.

Click on “Activate Deal” and it will redirect you to Macy.com

  23. Diana

Ladies please help, where is the chat option???

    • Neha

Its right on the last page where you checkout

  24. Carly

They are no longer giving free shipping via phone or chat. Especially for this item the rep told me.

  25. Jen

I just ordered through shop at home. But first went to the chat link, and asked them to waive the shipping, because it was not available at my store, which is over 60 miles from my home. The representative said sure thing. I ordered and then gave her my order #

  26. denise

How can I can tell if my order went through shop at home

  27. Sarah

I also got the free shipping. Start up you order then an option will appear to Live Chat before you check out. I have been looking to replace my old broken food processor, and this is a great deal to do it with, thanks!

  28. Rachel

I was able to pick one up from my local Macy*s in LA,CA…
I also want to know how can i tell if my order went through shop at home?…

  29. alias broner

The representative was happy to waive my shipping. I paid with my Macy’s card.

  30. Stephanie

How do the rewards from shop at home work? Is it actually like cash? How does it work?

  31. Nicole

I was going to give up my NutriBullet to save space because this processor can do more. Now, after reading reviews I’m wondering what to do. I want to start adding greens to smoothies. Reviews say Nutribullet pulverizes the greens well. I usually don’t mind fruit chunks, but don’t think that I’d like to run into bits of kale or spinach.

Do anyone make green smoothies with the Ninja prep? How does work for you?

  32. Shawne

Does anyone know how to get the site to work?

  33. nancy

Can some show me how shopat home.com work. Because last time I bought daily deal at Walmart but I didn’t see cash back in my account? Can someone explain. ..thanks

  34. Cindy

9.95 shopping is nothing compared to the deal you’ll be getting. I bought mine in store for thirty and would do it again. This product is worth it. seriously, I chop and mince my onions and garlic in this in less than three seconds!

  35. Vivien

Congratulations to these ladies who got the deal & had their shipping waived. I have a question here: what is the reason for asking the waive? Because the item is not available for local store pick up?
    Thanks!

  36. cristal

I just got an email from ShopAtHome that only gave me 5% cash back on my Ninja not the $20. I hope this gets resolved because as much as i LOVE my NINJA blender I didn’t really NEED this one but I knew I would get my moneys worth with the $20 off deal. Does anyone know how to contact them other than email through their site? TIA

    • Neha

I too have the same question. I received email this morning about my cashback updates and I see the cash back currently is only 1.99 as opposed to 20.
      Any advice anyone?

    • Mom

Same thing for me. I got email stating the $1.99 cash back not the $20. Will it home later? Thanks.

      • maria

i have the same problem it says 1.99 back and not $20 what do we do?

        • Stephanie

Has any of you contacted Shop at Home, to see what they have to say? I’m thinking it might just be a mistake and the system only took the 5% cash back they usually do, but this offer was going to give us $20 within 30 days. Let us know what happened.

    • Laura

I got the same email but when I look at my account today it shows the $20 being payable on 3/31/14. So I think they fixed the glitch!

      • Neha

I too can now see $20 added to my account. Happy 🙂

  37. Stephanie W

I’m with Cristal I only purchased the Ninja because it was a good deal I want my $20 or it going back to Macy’s, they didn’t have one within 100 miles of my zip-code so I had to pay shipping cost.

  38. Stephanie

I was wondering if everyone has received an email from Shop at Home yet? I placed my order last Thursday and still haven’t received any email and also nothing shows on my account. I know they told us we’ll get back the $20 within a month but since some of you already received an email from them, I was wondering if I was the only one in that situation.
    Thanks.

    • StephanieW

I made my purchase almost a week ago and my item arrived yesterday. I have not received my $20. I’m considering completing an inquiry form to find out why

    • Yv

I’m also in the same situation. I just submitted a missing cash back inquiry. I hope it works since it’s my first time using shopathome.

      • Stephanie W

I submitted my inquiry yesterday also, so I guess it a waiting game to see how they respond.

        • Stephanie

I just got a reply from Shop at Home that the store (Macy’s) hasn’t credited the order to Shop at Home so I needed to send them a copy of my receipt, which I just did, so we’ll see what’s going on now.
Thanks for updating us also with your issue.

          • Stephanie W

They didn’t approve my purchase because I purchased The QB900B Master Prep and the QB1005 Master Prep Pro was the one that was on sale. They we both the same price and I purchased from that link. But it is cool I will be returning it to Macy’s tomorrow after work.

  39. Stephanie

I was wondering if people who asked to have the shipping waived, actually received their $20 cash back. At first, Macy’s didn’t credit my order to shop at home and after submitting an inquiry, they told me that I won’t get my $20 because my “order was referred to their site by another affiliate advertiser or online publisher” which isn’t true. The only thing I see, is that they say it might not work when you use a coupon or you get a discount and I wonder if getting shipping free after placing my order messed up everything.
    Thanks.
