Staples often sends my paper products unboxed. They just stick a tag on the toilet paper or paper towel and send it UPS. 9 out of 10 times I get wet and black oily/smutty paper towel and toilet paper. I complain but they still mail the next shipment out just like the previous ones.
I agree. I came home one day to find three HUGE packages of tp on my porch. Someone could’ve easily stolen them. One was ripped open too, and a roll was damaged.
Oh no! Now that u say that I believe past orders of mine came like that. But now that it’s snowy outside I hope they don’t get ruined. Hmmm fingers crossed!
I have got boxed and unboxed.tp and paper towels never damaged. Although i did the windex touch up deal with them and they were so poorly packed on had the top broke off. But i just poured it into an empty one.
They set my printer unboxed I was disappointed .

I did a large order of trash bags from them and they sent most in a box, except for one. It was just sitting on top. Very odd.

I ordered tp and it was boxed. Though, the first order was reported damaged before I received it and they sent a new one, wonder if that is why. Still better than amazon, who will just reship in the same bad packaging. Customer service is good, though.
I received an email from staples for 25$ off of 75$…. Long story short, I bough a 2T external hardrive and beat amazons price by 20$…. Then at checkout , they gave me a 25$ rebate!
