My hair has never held a curl…I bought 2 different size wands and they both hold the curl…even after a day. My hair is super straight too

I used it in the 25mm size. Ordering the 32mm now. I love it. The curls stay in litterally about 2 days.
Was the 25mm too small?
No i just want to try the bigger curls now. I like to do different size curls from time to time.
If you go to the website the company gets horrible reviews…I would be cautious about ordering. I tried ordered and ended up cancelling my order…but somehow got another womans wand. When trying to get it sorted out with the company, it seems they just are not very organized at all. After numerous email about what they wanted me to do with the wand, they just let me keep it, but I hope the other girl got hers!

I ordered one and they charged be twice for it and never got a wand! Paid through PayPal so they fixed it but PITA to deal with
I had a wonderful experience with them. At Christmas, you posted a great deal and I bought one. This was probably one of my best purchases ever for only $10. The only problem I had was ours did not come with a glove. I called and they sent me one for free in less than a week.
I had to email them because they charged me right away but about 3 weeks passed with no shipment confirmation. My account I had set up when I ordered was nowhere to be found. I finally got my wand but I feel like if I hadn’t contacted them I never would have received my order.

My daughter has super thick, naturally curly hair and she uses this but she flat irons first. It says you can use it without flat ironing but she’s just never tried it.
Oops, I guess I should’ve specified that she has the reverse curling wand instead of the regular because when we researched online that’s what was recommended for her hair type
i’m sure there’s a reason, i’ve never been a hair person, but it had me chuckling that she’ll take her naturally beautiful curly hair and straighten it to curl it again:)
The product is good but the company is shady. Sucks. Not worth the headache.

Learned something today– if you already have a curling iron, unscrew the clamp and it’s a wand! 😉
What’s the advantage of using it without the clamp…? Seems like it would be harder to use. (Yes, I’m an 80’s girl!)
I saw a demonstration of this. You start at the root or close to the root then you roll the hair around the wand so the end which is the driest part of the hair gets the least amount of heat. I also heard that the curl last longer.
i tried the wand, an 80’s girl too, totally hate the wand, and can’t figure out how to use it, having said that, i’m a hair moron anyway. I think the advantage is no little clampy mark at end of curl
You are not supposed to curl your hair from the bottom up. That is the advantage. No clamp encourages people to curl their hair properly. The ends of our hair are more sensitive and have more damage. When You curl your hair starting at the root (meaning you wrap your hair around it holding the ends of your hair) you minimize the additional damage to the weakest part of your hair.
I ordered one on Black Friday weekend. I waited for weeks to get my wand. On dec 21 they issued me a refund to PayPal with no explanation. I think they just didn’t want to fill all those orders for the low price. They were still offering the same wand on that day for 169 dollars. I was bummed that I didn’t get a wand, but I do not trust them now!

Just my $0.02, for those of you wondering if you’ll like a curling wand or unsure about this company let me just say that I started using a “curling wand” by accident. One day I was having issues with my regular curling iron so I removed the 3 screws that were holding the clamp on and TADA! frugal curling wand!
I ordered one and kind of figured that they were discounted due to the instructions included being for a flat iron. Love mine
I’m ordering the 32 mm one for bigger, looser curls. I got the 19 mm one on Black Friday for about $22 and it is AMAZING, but the curls are a little tighter than I’d like. The wand gets super hot and it’s so easy to use. My hair is fine and very long, though, so I think the larger wand would be better suited to the Victoria Secret-ish look I’m going for. I can wear the curls for two days easily!
I ordered this and had no problems with the company. The confirmation email came right away and the wand shipped within 2 days. It arrived promptly and had no other issues.
I would beware of this company. I ordered Black Friday weekend, and the order never went through. The website kept giving me an error message and told me to try again. Never once did it give me a confirmation of an order, just that it wouldn’t go through and to keep trying. However, that weekend, I ended up with multiple charges – and multiple curling wands! The company was COMPLETELY unresponsive to any of my e-mails, phone calls (could never get a person on the phone), and even to the complaint I filed with the BBB. It was a humongous headache. I ended up selling the extras on ebay, thankfully, but it was so not worth the hassle.
I ordered mine today. You state in your comment that the 25MM (US 1IN) was only available in black or purple for the discount. However, the only color they had left when I ordered was the Turquoise one. So, I put it in my cart and tried it anyways. It worked. Thought I would post that since some people might be turned away since the two colors listed are not available.
I’ve ordered from this company 3 times now including this deal that Colin posted about a week ago and already got my order. My daughter’s hair which doesn’t hold a curl very well still looks beautifully curled on day 2 just slightly relaxed! So happy with my purchase. And the digital screen is really nice too. Which I could replace all my current wands with these ones in different sizes.
