I was at target bought 3 scarves at 50% off with $5 off on $25 and 20% cartwheel offer.
So the 20% clearance cartwheels applies to accessories, such as the scarves & wrislets also?

I didn’t realize there was a cartwheel too – awesome deals! I think the mobile coupon expires 1/23.
