  When i redeemed points for a $5 starbucks gc i received the email and i dont print it i just load it to my account. I think you shouldbe able to do it.

    Why in the heck do I NEVER receive these emails? I’ve been a gold card holder for years. I’m starting to get ticked off. And no, they are not in my Spam folder.

  I have this issue too. I didn’t receive my bonus stars from the star dash so I contacted customer service. The gentleman said that I haven’t been receiving rewards emails because I was using an @yahoo.com email because Yahoo blocks them as spam. He said it happened regardless of settings. I changed it to my gmail so hopefully that will fix the issue. Don’t know if you all use a yahoo account but it was worth a shot!

    I rarely go and I got the add $10 get $5. I reloaded my card online. Not sure when I’ll get the extra $5. Hope it works.
