It’s nice to see their shipping charges spelled out more clearly here. I had an awful time with the LivingSocial voucher-it definitely said free shipping with a $49 cart VALUE. They refused to honor it. Customer service was terrible.

Never heard of nCrowd. The reviews online & BBB complaints don’t sound too stellar especially regarding customer service. Think I will pass on this one.

Darn…$5.95 shipping and the voucher can not be used either for shipping or towards the free shipping threshold. They don’t tell you this up front, you only see these terms & cond when you view/print the voucher. The deal is really: pay $13 OOP get $24 worth of merchandise.
Yep. They pulled that with the LS voucher even though it doesn’t have the carefully worded language that the Groupon deal and nCrowd deal do. It says “Free shipping to continental U.S. with minimum cart value of $49.” And they are refusing to honor it, saying I need to have $79 in my cart. Shady. At least here they are being clear about it.
I agree – completely shady. The LS voucher was pretty clear that it needed to be a $49 cart VALUE, not $49 after the voucher has been applied.
Just FYI. I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin a few times. Last timeI ordered, they were out of stock on a product and stated at the time of order that they will have it in 6-9 business days. Then I got an email that it could be up to 30 days for the back ordered item to come in. After that 30 days, I got an email stating it will be another 30 days. After the total 60+ day period, they cancelled that portion of my ordered and returned the money. I was a bit bummed because I used a voucher and bought extra things just to get to the free shipping threshold. This voucher is still a good deal but beware if your items are back ordered. 😉

James is the one I spoke with also and he was the one that stated if you are using a voucher then the price is 4.99 if not it is 2.09.

Get the MusclePharm Combat Crunch bars. Once you eat one you will NEVER buy a Quest bar again. Everyone at my gym has stopped buying Quest in favor of these.
I have spoken to someone 3 times now in the last 12 days. THey keep saying they will refund my shipping and nothing gets done. Am going to file a paypal claim and have already put a complain with the BBB which by the way Lucky Vitamin has a D rating. BEWARE
