   I have used the snap app for awhile by now and, in fact, I’m quite happy with the way it has been so far. At first, there were a lot of negative reviews, but they definitely got better.

    Be sure to check if it’s still available when you’re in the store. The good rebates with snap tend to say “all gone” quickly. I’ve been caught multiple times buying an item that was available that morning, but all gone by the time I bought groceries that day.

    When I started following this site it was great to find deals. Now every time something like this is posted its gone in a mere hour or so. I just got back from buying these I checked snap on before walking out to buy these and in 30 mins the offer is gone. Needless to say I wasted my time. I think Hip2Save has gotten too big for me. 😞

  No, Snap app is horrible, tried too many times to use it and always offers are gone. They do not have many of the offers available.
  No thanks refuse to use it anymore. Love Ibotta as they don’t have such low limitations on their rebates.

    Has anyone gotten their full rebate? I submitted my reciept a couple hours ago and just got notice that $0.50 has been added to my account instead of the full $2.50..

  @Emilee , I had a problem with this rebate too. I submitted for $10 rebate for ‘4’ items and got credited just $2.50. It accepted just ‘1’ item.
  I had a similar issue for an earlier rebate too.Snap is getting tiresome 🙁

  I had a similar issue a while back when I purchased the huggies wipes. I called customer service who was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. He fixed it and let me know that this was happening with people who had not updated the app recently. HTH.

  Yes, I got 1.5oz bags from Aldi and Snap processed it. But, I would mention here that Aldi does print pistachios on receipt instead of Wonderful pistachios. My receipt got processed fine..

    I bought 10 1.5oz bags from ALDI (cashier only rang up 9) for .99. I submitted $22.50 and they only gave me $2.50 when the receipt clearly shows that I bought 9 (really 10). I should’ve made a $13.59 profit and got the pistachios. I’ve filed a claim with them and I’ll still waiting to hear back.

  I haven’t heard back yet either. Once I hit $20 I’m done with Snap. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with them and the past 2 times they didn’t fix their mistake. I’m a 3 strikes, you’re out kind of gal and this is their third strike..

  Does anyone use Ibotta? It’s probably my favorite coupon/rebate/money back site out there.
