  I know whenever I try to print it keeps on making me download the software and once the software is downloaded it wont work.

  Same for me.. followed all instructions..made sure I had permissions for the site for firefox etc..

  I’ve found with chrome (not sure with others) if you just select one to print and it prompts you to download the software, go up to the far right hand corner of your search bar and right click on the lock looking picture with the red X and select “always allow……” then it should prompt to print if not back arrow and re select to print then it should come up with a box saying something of the sort do you want to run this program click run or allow whichever it says and it should go through and print them for you. Hope this helps!!

  Try switching browser to Mozilla/firefox …I had same issues with Smart Source

  I used Internet Explorer exclusively for YEARS…but coupon sites have had problems
  with “IE” for about last year or more

  I am now able to once again print from all sites

  PS: be sure you have current Java installed
