  Yeah, I haven’t tried the coffee plain, but the iced coffee I has tasted like poison. Not sure if it was the vanilla flavor or maybe spoiled milk

   Thanks for sharing. I refuse to go to Chick-fil-A due to a bad experience I had there with my girlfriend. The first and last time we went there my girlfriend was trying to order. She is older and her eyesight it going as we all will have problems with it when we get older, she asked how much does this cost and etc. The cashier told her she didn’t know. She would have to read the menu. I ended up helping her decide what to buy and I filled out a complaint form in store and never heard anything back from them either by phone or email. We have never gone back to this day. I can’t stand when younger people are rude to the elderly.

  That’s very unusual! Everytime I’ve gone to chick fil a they have been more than polite!! Have you called to complain or left a complaint on facebook? I’m sure they would try to make it right..

  Me also Kristen! Maybe the cashier misunderstood or was new or simply having a bad day. This is unacceptable behavior no matter what the excuse BUT please don’t let one bad experience turn you off COMPLETELY! Chick Fil A is one of the few fast food restaurants (in my area anyway) whose employees are courteous and polite. Always a smiling face. Call corporate! I’m sure they will rectify the issue. That’s just my 2 cents.

  I agree with you 100%, Erica. I can’t even count the times CFA employees have gone above and beyond good customer service. They work hard to keep customers happy.

  I’m sorry for your experience. I have has some problems with the food at ours and the owner was quick to respond. The employees were respectful.

  Thank you! On the bright side my boss gave me the day off. Which is good because I was so mad at myself for losing my wallet I would have been stewing all day. If I finish early I may just go to a movie. Lemons into lemonade, right?

    do you have to mention that the coffee is free? I just went through the drive thru and paid 2.39 for a tiny coffee. I did order other stuff so I didn’t catch it until after I had already pulled through….

    I tried their coffee a couple weeks ago because I saw them advertising. It wasn’t too great. I was pretty let down. But I will definitely try it again for the beautiful price of free!
