  I haven’t bought from eBay but I would check the return policy first. I bought on Amazon and when the card came I called the number on the back to verify the amount was on there and got a message stating the card number was invalid. I called Amazon and they over nighted a replacement which also said invalid card number when I called. Amazon told me to throw them away and refunded my $.

  I’ve been using Raise for a while, but just recently had two cards that were sold fraudulently. I downloaded them immediately after paying for them, and they showed the correct values, but the sellers apparently held onto the numbers and drained them before I could use them. Raise refunded me, but just be careful. As inconvenient as it is, I will only order physical cards now.
