Sign into your Shop Your Way Account, click on “Rewards”, then “Deals and Coupons” and then click on the coupon box to see all of the discount offers available. When you find an offer you like, click Load Coupon and you will be able to apply it at checkout. I spotted an offer for $10 back in points on a $50 storewide purchase at Sears (valid in-store and online) AND an offer for $10 off a $50 Home Department purchase at Sears (also valid in-store and online)…
When you get to checkout, you’ll see a box (like below) that states “Apply my Shop Your Way Coupons” – click on it to apply the offers. This means that if you have the same offers as me, you’ll score an extra $10 off AND an additional $10 in points (totaling to $40.80 in points), which will make your final cost only $39.19 after Shop Your Way Rewards Points! How sweet is that?! PLUS, if you have any points to use, you can use them to lower your out of pocket cost even more (and you’ll still get points back!).

Will the 10$ in points show up to a total of 40$ right away because I don’t see it I only see 30$, or does it add on a specific day?

You have to add $10 points back on $50 purchase coupon and pay $50 out of pocket (no redeeming points to make the subtotal to be less than $50) to get the additional $10 points.

I just got mine for $35 tax included after the $40.80 in points that I will use later. (Total was $75 w/tax -$10.39 reward points I had – $10 coupon + the Shop Your Way Reward bonus of $40.80) There is on $10 off coupon that doesn’t apply but there is another that does. Load them all & it will tell you which ones you can use.
Hmm, I am trying but it is only giving me the option of $30.90 back in points. Anything special you did, as I actually was doing the same (redeeming about $10.19 in points). I loaded every coupon possible so not sure what it is showing less in points =(
Ok, so I went back in and suddenly I was seeing all the extra discounts. I paid $64 after $20 in points redeemed and also earned $40.90 back. Amazing deal…thanks so much! Hub is preparing for another marathon and I’m stoked to give this to him as an incentive =)
I think maybe it added another 10000 points because my birthday is Sunday. I got an email that I had a bonus 10000 coming. It may have applied to this purchase in addition to the $10.39 I had.
That makes sense, as my birthday is Friday and I had no clue where the extra $10 in surprise points came from. Happy birthday to you as well =)
