   My surprise points ($5.00) are only good at Kmart, not Sears.

   I got this offer for $5 in free suprise points good at Sears on clothing, no purchase minimum, however I have been trying like crazy to put any clothing item into my cart and use the $5 in points first, but it keeps taking away from other suprise points and my regular points balance, which doesn’t expire for a year. I can’t figure out how to use the $5 suprise points on clothing. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them, I wish they had a live chat option to ask about this. Thanks!

  Just an alternative, you can have a live chat with a representative and they should be able to place order on your behalf using your $5 surprise pts. There is a link for Chat at right hand side just above your ‘cart’ button on desktop site.

  Did u try to put one close to5$ item. Mine worked on both my husband and my account even on 4.99$ stuff.

  on the payment page, when you select to use your points, it will say “you hav $5 to use in suprise points on this order and XXXX in shoyourway points to use on this order”. Sometimes you cannot combine points, but only use the surprise points. I hope that helps.

   I have in total $20 surprise points. 10 if I spend 100 on any purchase. 5 on clothes. 5 if I spend 20 on Shoes.

    I also received an email for $10 in surprise points on a $30 purchase at sears, with one offer per purchase and excludes lands end. This one is not listed on my surprise points, so double check all of your emails. They will send you other offers like that. I also have the $5 off a clothing purchase also, so bonus.

    And I received another email that states if I use $25 in points in store at sears or kmart, i will get $10 back in points. nice
