   Does anyone know about inactivity causing you to lose your points? It happened to my Mom (losing points) and she does input codes often but does not redeem points often. Does anyone have the info on the program rules? I redeemed points just to make sure my points don’t disappear. Thanks.

  Hi, Lynn. They do expire after 90 days of no activity, which is either entering or redeeming points. They do send you an email letting you know when they will expire though.

  This “RESCUEYOURPOINTS” code is from a KFR e-mail rec’d today (2/21). It clearly states (which is why it was released) in their “quiz” that all you have to do to keep your account active is to simply LOG INTO KFR before 90 days of inactivity – meaning you don’t have to ever enter any codes or redeem any points just to keep your acct open.
