Walgreen’s doesn’t do EA anymore. (At least the stores in my area don’t) CVS does, but I suggest using the price checker to verify if they’ve turned over the sales. And if there are overlapping sales, the register picks the better price/ECB deal.
Early activation is only available at 24 hour Walgreens Stores. After 10 pm. It also doesn’t apply to RR promotions. Just points and sale prices.
I think the numbers are off for the Cottonelle deal. It has prices and coupons for buying 2 items, but in the final price it’s broken down to if you bought 3 items.

These booklets are in the aisles where the products are. So look near the family planning and pain items. However, they are hard to find in many stores. My Walgreens is always out of them.
I’m not sure if it’s regional but my walgreens does not double in store coupons and manufacture anymore it has to be as many items as coupons. So if results in actually having to buy items I don’t have coupons for if I double

I’m confused on the M&M deal. From what I see they are normally 2/$6 and with the in store coupons they are 2/$5 so with 2 $1/1 coupons they would be 2/$3 right ? $1.50 a bag. Or am I missing something
I bought 2 Crest Pro-Health tooth paste and 1 mouth wash (exact item from the ad), but it didn’t print the $4RR. I used $1 mfg qp for each item. Cashier said that it may not print because I used mfg qp, so RR didn’t print because it is a manufacture qp. I couldn’t find a policy about it. Please clarify.
Using a coupon does not affect the printing of a register reward. And often the Walgreens ads will mention manufacture coupons that are available for rr items. If you purchased the correct items and it did not print, you can return them. Or ask your store for the contact info for the catalina company. I hope that helps.
I tried to do the M&M and Neutrogena deals without any success. The cashier wouldn’t accept the $1 M&M coupons since they have Walmart on them. And she said the Neutrogena coupon from the Feb booklet didn’t apply to the makeup removers. Did others have success with those? I didn’t know whether to try a different store or not.
Did the cashier scan the neutrogena store coupon and it beeped? The coupon does not exclude anything. And the picture taken from Walgreens does show the $2 store coupon right on the price tag for the wipes. If you ever have issues with a particular store not wanting to scan the monthly coupons, you can digitally clip them to your card. Then they will come off automatically when the cashier hits total.
I think she tried to scan it although I’m not sure. She might have just said it wouldn’t work because the picture on the coupon is mascara. I don’t recall if it showed the coupon on the price tag in the store. I’ll try loading it on my card and also check the price tag. Thanks for the tip!

I tried to use the M&M coupons today and at first she wouldn’t scan them. Then I asked for a manager and he said they don’t take them. I got them to scan them but they beeped so they won’t take them. Which I find pretty funny because I used a $1.50 off 3 coupon for Hershey Easter candy and it beeped and she took it anyway.
I went to 3 different Walgreens with two $1 off caress coupon and a one Walgreens $1 off caress coupon. They didn’t take any of them the cashier said they can’t manually put them in If it doesn’t scan then they can’t accept them. A manager came over and said I can’t use any coupons on sale items.
Fyi, to get the 2/$5 on m&ms, you need to go online and “clip” a coupon to your rewards card. Too bad I didn’t figure that out until after I bought mine! 🙁 oh well, $1.50 per bag isn’t terrible…Walgreens is getting sneaky!
The sale price is $2/5 and you can use the $1/2 store coupon. If you don’t have it digitally clipped to your card, you can just scan the ivc from the store coupon booklet.
In my wags ad the M&Ms are on sale for 2/6.00. So with store coupon $1/2 and the $1/1 printable manufacturer coupons it comes out to $1.50 a bag. I stood in the candy aisle and searched for 2/$5 on sale and then grabbed ad. Still not a bad price but I always wait until I can get them for $1.00.
I actually just double checked the ad, and the M&M’s are priced at 2/$6. The post has been updated. Sorry for all the confusion.

hmmm I haven’t personally used it. But there are 3 different Neutrogena coupons in the Feb coupon booklet. And you are scanning the $2/1 Neutrogena Cosmetics coupon correct? At My store the price tag on the wipes reflects the store coupon. So it should work.
Yep I tried the cosmetic coupon. The tags weren’t marked 2 off with coupon though.
When can I redeem my balance rewards points in store? I thought it was at 1000 points now but in the store the cashier wouldn’t let me even though I have 3000. Anyone know what the rule is?
The system doesn’t automatically prompt for points redemption until 3,000 points. If you want to use 1000 or 2000 points the cashier just needs to hit the “other options” button on the screen. Then it will give the 1 or 2 redemption amounts.
Does the Walgreens website or app ever work? I feel like their website is always “unusually busy at the moment” and the app shows “Service Unavailable” boxes every time I open it. It’s 2AM Eastern… who else but me is really on their site lol.
Is there a limit to how many gear deodorants you can get the register rewards on? Like if I bought 4 of them..would I get $8 rr back?
I was able to snag the spinbrush kids toothbrush for my son the $1.99! Going to put it in his Easter basket but what’s fun is it comes with 150 stickers to decorate the toothbrush…how fun! 🙂
