   Be careful, once you place an order thru sears.com, you can’t cancel an order, or even change an order as per Sears.com’s customer service.

  Yes I’m dealing with that right now. I called 2 minutes after I placed an order and here we are 4 days later with no resolution.

   Didnt have any in the size I needed but got 2 pairs of My Little Pony Pjs for my little girl for less than $8 after $10 in surprise points that expired today (where did they come from lol) and the 15% off coupon.

  when you open your shopping cart, underneath the total and estimated shipping charges it has a small link that says something about shop your way points. Click on that, and it will open a popup window that asks you to sign in. Then, after you sign in, it will show what points can be applied to your purchase and ask you if you want to use them. hth!

   Check around in the clearance section, because yes, this is a pretty good deal on pj’s, but there are a few others in clearance that are cheaper. 4.99 before the code. And a lot of other cute clearance outfits too for really cheap.

   Can anybody help me redeeming the surprise points? I m totally new to this shop your way and hardly shop at Kmart or Sears. Last week I got $7 in surprise points n it’s going to expire soon. I tried to shop online from Kmart and Sears but whatever I chose , it’s not available for store pick up. Can anybody tell me how do I redeem points at Kmart store and also if any items excludes? Please help

  Go to the store and show your reward card if you have one or you can just give your email id on which you got this points and ask them to use your surprise points or on kmart website click on local ad and you can find all the products which are available for your store pick up

    Help! I have a surprise $7 rewards according to an email, but I cannot find those points in my account on Sears.com. I have 2 pj items in my shopping cart totaling $14. Why won’t the surprise points show up? It just shows I have 231 points in my account.

    I just want to thank you so much for all of your work finding us such good deals. I have been unable to work due to medical reasons for the past year so any money saving techniques are greatly appreciated.     Can also us with coupons that earn you points back i.e….5 when you spend 20
