It will typically extend your current subscription if you use the exact same subscription info for the new one. 🙂
No, it actually won’t extend it. US is one of the magazines that does not allow an extension of a subscription. Wanted everyone to know. Had to email RG to find that out myself.

I went through two surveys and then it was accepted. At the end it gave me an option for a free year or Martha Stewart Living.

Am I the only one that never gets the subscription extensions on this? I have a current sub ending next year and have filled out 3 of these in the last two months and it has not been extended

Have you gotten a lot of free ones with them? Because I used to get my freebie mags with no problem but I’ve done a couple surveys during the past six months (after my subscription expired) and I just don’t get them anymore.

Me too with US Weekly. I’ve done these things a few times over the last 6 months and haven’t gotten a new US Weekly 🙁 all the other ones still work and I get 20 free mags but just can’t seem to receive this one

It took me about 10 minutes. I had to go through 2 different survey pages…one about soap and one about deodarant. Not to bad since I like this particular magazine. Now lets see if it shows up!
I’m still trying…. it’s 3:14 EST and it’s not working right. I did the entire survey about 20 minutes ago and when I hit send, it errored! 🙁 I’ve tried several more times and it errors after the very first page. Anyone having any luck?
I just filled it out and it worked for me.
I did surveys for this magazine three times, once while still a subscriber hoping to extend, and twice once the subscription wore off. Never got the magazine. I finally emailed Rewards Gold to find out what the problem was.
The rep emailed me back to say that I had been “denied” the free magazine subscription despite doing all the surveys, etc. since I had recently been a subscriber. That was not very helpful to me so I pushed back letting them know that I had done my part, why had they not offered me a replacement subscription, etc. They did finally relent and offer me three years of US and 1 year of OK (I had earned over 5 years of subscriptions for filling out the surveys). She did say that it was on the agreement that you could be denied (I had never seen that).
My advice is to keep good records of what you did and when so you can support the fact that you should be getting the magazines. Good luck!
NB. I have yet to receive this new subscription so I am hoping it actually arrives soon!
I have done all asked, then when I click on the magazine I want it tells me I have to do more. I gave up. This is very frustrating.
