If you want the sample don’t say you have thick hair in the first question. It then says you don’t qualify for the sample. Booo.
To qualify for this free sample, you have to have fine hair and be concerned with lasting style in fine and lifeless hair.
Yupp choose FINE. These sample questions are a mine field lol. Also choose dull flat hair for second question not frizz

I didn’t have any problems but I do have really fine lifeless hair lol so I guess I need to buy this stuff
I also tried not to opt in to their emails and unchecked that but then it said can’t be processed. Once I left them checked it worked.
So I guess not many people with fine hair who the product is targeted to will be getting it if people keep retaking the surveys lol.

I agree with the sentiment, and when there are samples I truly can’t use I won’t get them, I figure let the people who actually need the product have them! In this case, my buff struggles with this so I’ll be giving it to her.
Well maybe some people are getting it for someone else. I got it for my daughter. SMH

Why would you even want this if you have thick hair? Just because it’s free?
In my experience, I have thick hair but still struggle with volume on top. My hair gets “bigger” as it goes down. Hope this helps!

People always signing up for things that they don’t need is greedy even if it is just a sample.
I got it for myself because I have baby fine hair. Yay something for fine hair that I hope will work this time.
But sometimes I too sign up for samples that I may not use but I give to either my 4 sisters or my mom. I put them in their birthday or Mother’s Day bag. They always look forward to lots of samples with their usual gifts I give them. You would be surprised to know that they have actually started using products because they tried the sample I gave them. No reason to complain about people that don’t have fine hair to sign up. All of the freebies/coupons out there are for anyone. The manufacturers are just hoping someone will try the product and actually like enough to purchase it. (with coupon of course). 🙂

For all the sample police….there are a lot of samples that I sign up for and do not use. However…I get them to give to other people who I think would like them. I’m sure a lot of people do this…why be so negative?
No one is telling you to stop signing up for stuff you can’t use. It is nice when people can leave things for others who need it but of course no one expects anywhere here to think that way

I just got it! Answer questions this way:
1. fine 2. Concerned with lasting style/lifeless hair 3. 35-54 4. brown
5. down/straight 6. Garnier 7. Never 8. Somewhat likely
This has a tiny pop-up screen (on my phone) and I can’t read the questions, nor can I click on the bubbles because they are too tiny. I really need this though because my recently short hair has gotten really thin/fine and I wanted to try this. I have strikes against me because I had surgery, lost weight and am in my 60’s, all reasons this could happen. Testing my thyroid next week.
It did that to me on my phone too it was a nightmare. I finally got through it after 10min then It refused to submit and failed. I just did it from a desk top computer and it worked just fine. Its not mobile friendly at all.

There’s quite a few people that get it for other people they know, people they think it may work for. Arguing about it online is pretty silly. I got it, it will work for my hair type. I really don’t care what other people do with it. It’s not my problem. There’s so many serious things to be concerned about in life, this isn’t one of them.
