Costco has the shampoo and conditioner 60% cheaper then their website and target carries all the products now.

how to cancel the service?
You can do it by chat or call them. Very easy. And they don’t give you a hard time.
Wonderful products, but you can only cancel bundles by phone. It’s a 15 minute hold with very limited hours. Was too scared after goggling nightmares to have $150 charged monthly so I cancelled. I believe if you can commit online you should be able to cancel online. I couldn’t even add another credit card without them keeping my old credit card info. Despite that, they were really nice on the phone. I prefer to order per item without a commitment, but they do allow you to adjust your ship date. Their grapefruit multipurpose cleaner is very nice. Their lavender hand soap is very nice too. I found their diaper to be just a tad snug in the waist despite my very, very skinny little one so you might want to order a size up.
I agree about wanting online to cancel and why do they HAVE to keep a CC on file?! If they get hacked…. Also I did not like having to call to cancel I know everyone says it is easy but I am wondering how many have tried. Yes they do eventually but I was asked at least 19 different ways: Why did I want to cancel? Am I sure I want to cancel, they are such good products that can not be compared to anything on the marked. Do I want to try one more month to make sure I do not like it? It was a 30 min process at least not including the 20 min hold time. It would have been faster to just cancel the credit card which takes 5 min or less and is on my door step for free in less than a week which is what I should have done but I kept hearing how easy it was to cancel.
