  Just a warning, I’ve placed three different orders the past few times these AE clearance sales have happened and EVERY item from EVERY order has been cancelled because they don’t really have it in stock…so frustrating!

  Same thing happened to me. They also billed me for the one cancelled item. When I asked them to credit my CC with the cancelled item amount, they sent me a gift card instead. Not happy. Won’t shop there again, after I’ve used the gift card.

  That happen to me too. I order some jeans, they cancel , but they didn’t even care to put the money back on my gift card. Be aware of this people!!!

  @navywife i would contact customer service, the same thing happened to me where they never refunded me for a cancelled item. I called and they said they’d send a gift card.

   Wow, I’ve been a loyal customer for a really long time. I have never had one single issue in the many, many orders I have placed over the years. This really surprises me. I love their jeans but they always go so fast. 🙁
