I heard this is the last week of UP Rewards….
The last week of UP Rewards? Are they discontinuing it?
Yes, they are. They are supposedly rolling out a new program but have not released any details.
There are UP rewards the next 3 ads, then nothing starting the 3/29 Ad.
They are taking a beating on their F/B page. From what I can gather, the UP rewards will be replaced with a points type system to be redeemed OUTSIDE the store?? Cra-zee!
Geeze. I will be done shopping at rite aid. Their prices are too high anyway. I can get better deals elsewhere. Big mistake rite aid!
Exactly. They will go the way of Walgreens in my book. Somewhere I used to enjoy shopping, but now only stop in when it’s a fantastic deal that I can’t price match at Wal-Mart. Less work for me, I guess.
Really? I’m not interested in that at all. I disliked it when they changed it so the UP couldn’t be redeem for 24 hrs….& now this? I’m thinking bye bye rite aid for me.
I hope they see the all the backlash and decide to leave things as they are. They will loose a lot of business if they get rid of the up rewards…

where is this lip balm usually placed in rite aid. I always have a hard time finding small item and the cashiers mostly don’t know it either.
Today I went to one of my rite aids and looked everywhere near cosmetics and I couldn’t find the balm. I will try at a different RA. I even asked the cashier and she had no idea what I was talking about. Does anyone has an idea?
At CVS, they are located in the pharmacy area, with Chapstick & Carmex not cosmetics or beauty. I’m guess it’ll be around the same area at RA?
At my store they are located in the aisle with the cough drops.
Lots of Rite Aid stores discontinued this product. It’s located near the cough drops if they carry it. No stores in my area have it anymore.
I found them in one store about 10 miles from my house and they only had 3 right by the cough drops. I was trying to get four but they didn’t have anymore and when they checked other stores or warehouses; it showed discontinued so they will no longer get any of these. Glad I got the last 3 in my 20miles ratio.
in my store, when you walk in the door there is an aisle of seasonal stuff (garden right now) immediately to your left, on that end cap there is a hanger of lip balms, or there are some by the register, but I haven’t ever looked for this brand there

I don’t really shop at rite aid but would like to start, only thing is, my rite aid is a 24 hour. Does that mean the sale starts at midnight or sometime late Saturday? Where can I find out? Thanks!!
They recently had a program offering gifts if you spent $50, $100, etc. during a specified period. So I got to the $50 level and went to the website to see what I could get — and the only option available was roller-skating, about 25 miles from my house. Well, I am a “senior citizen” and there’s no way I’m going roller skating! And the “gift” was not transferable, so you couldn’t give it to someone who might be able to use it. I sent them an email about it, and their response was not satisfactory… If this is what their new program is like, they have lost a very frequent shopper. I like the plus-ups.
I hate the UP rewards and haven’t shopped at RA in years. I no longer make it a point to shop at Walgreens, either. Even though there is a store about 5 minutes from my home. I still love CVS! I can use my rewards in the same trip!
