I used this place just last week and was so disappointed in what they sent me compared to other canvas companies. My images looked faded and edges were worn. I complained, they redid them and some of the photos still look the same. I will never order from them again. One of my friends said he would never order from them again either. Over $100 wasted. I won’t even hang them up I am so disappointed in them.
I’ve had the same experience. I always order from Canvas on Demand when they have Groupons available.
Thanks for the heads up. I really want to order a canvas for my mother in law, but not sure I want to take the chance now. Anyone else have feedback from this company?
I was happy with my prints, but you have to have a good high quality photo. I tried it once with a photo that was a little dark and it didn’t turn out great. Shipping was fast too! I would give them a try!
I have a professional camera and had these prints printed on photo paper before and they were beautiful on the photo paper. Also it wasn’t my photos that were caused the canvasses to have the edges all rubbed off, it was the method they used to wrap the canvas around the wood or lack of quality ink. They admitted to me in a letter that they try to keep costs down and use different equipment than other companies do.
If you call them they will make it right. I had an issue where they sent me the wrong edging on a canvas and they let me keep it and sent a new one with the black border. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The rep looked at my photo to make sure the quality was good and sent me a proof. I am so happy with how they look. I’ve ordered 4.
Collin, I was going to ask who the young lady you feature was. So sweet that you honor your mom in that way. You actually inspired me to want to do a family wall of these types of portraits so I’m going to go ahead and do this deal.
I do have a question that’s a bit off topic–does anyone know of a place where I can get a picture shrunk for a locket? I bought a locket recently and want to include a picture of my mom and I.
I just want to add that I have ordered…maybe 8 canvas prints from them. All were from a photographer, however, so the prints are beautiful. Only one may have been over “enhanced” by our photographer and tends to look/seem a bit blurry, but I don’t blame that on the canvas, but rather that the photo was “messed” with a bit too much. We have it over our master bath tub and I still think the picture is great. I’ve been considering doing B&W’s of my girls…I think I will buy them this time. I purchased a larger 16×24 of my parents for Christmas and it is awesome. Point? I think that if they are high quality prints, the canvas options from Easy Canvas are awesome!

I’ve ordered several times from them and my canvas have always turned out beautiful! No complaints here.
I ordered 2 prints from them over Christmas. One turned out great the other wasn’t wrapped properly. I emailed them pictures to show them and they were really great to work with. They sent me a new canvas and it was much better.
Just FYI- quality is poor! Not very thick, no backing, and loosely bound. I went with Photo Bucket this year and was VERY impressed!!
