Anyone receive their Schoola order from the $15 credit a couple weeks ago?
The shirt I ordered was supposed to be “new with tags” and it definitely isn’t. It’s warn and looks like it was washed and shrunk A LOT(tag says dry clean only).
It’s a medium and I can barely get it over my head. Such a disappointment.
At least it didn’t cost me anything. Going straight to the donation bin.

Kohls is exceptional with returns or exchanges. They have a no hassle policy and will return with or without receipts… If your sweaters don’t fit like you hoped, take them to your kohls store customer service counter for a full refund with receipt or store credit without. They can also assist you with finding these items in different color and or sizes in other neighboring stores. I love kohls strictly for their customer service and they ALWAYS back their return policy.. Which is any item for any reason at any time! No joke.. It’s even on their website. Hope this helps.

I’ve tried half a dozen times and wax time I attempt to check out and apply the MENSTYLE10 promo code it tells me I can’t because some of the items are not qualifying items.. I’ve selected 2 slim fit croft and borrow sweaters from the browse link along with another type of long sleeved croft and borrow sweater.. Is there anywhere that indicates which sweaters apply for the deal? Is anyone else having an issue? Both times my total was atleast $28 and it was the first promo I submitted.

Kohls is exceptional with returns and exchanges with or without receipts!! They go beyond and above what any other retailer has to offer on customer service, in my opinion. If for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your purchase bring it any kohls store and they return it in full with receipt or return it on a merch gift card for you to use on anything in the store. *If purchased with a Kohls charge card and you don’t have a receipt they will credit your account the full purchase price. They truly back their “no hassle” return policy of “return any purchase for any reason at any time.” If you’d like an exchange of the same items but for different colors/size they will assist and if it’s not available in their store or online they can locate them in neighboring stores. No matter how or what my purchase, rest assured they have always taken care of me fairly and with the utmost respect.. Never questioning or hassling.. No questions asked, other than whether I want to refund or exchange my items. Hope this helps, sorry if you get two posts!
