  I had my teeth professionally whitened 17 years ago and I regret it because of the sensitivity. It has gotten worse as I have gotten older and I have to use a $20 tube of sensitive toothpaste from the dentist. It keeps me from eating naughty frozen treats though. I have beautiful teeth, but they don’t feel as good as they look.

  U should get a prescription for “president 5000 sensitive” made by Colgate. And use for 6-8 months straight. It will go away. (My dentist gave this prescription to me last year) and also told me to stay away from baking soda type toothpastes. And to use a soft toothbrush. Hth

  Yes, stray from baking soda ones. I tried a new Arm and Hammer one, glad it was a trial, don’t have sensitive teeth, but this paste after a few uses just cut up my mouth and gums..went back to ol’ faithful and it went away..even with the same soft brush.
