“+MORE” link seems to be broken i think
I dont get it, when i go to the website and click on clearance and then on nail polish, they have way more color & brand selection than youd find on clearance… in fact it must be listing every color they have. Do i have to click on every color to a find 1 thats a cheaper clearance price? Gonna try on my laptop cuz their mobile site is terrible
I made an order earlier this month, only to have them cancel the entire order. They said too bad our system is not real-time. They could care less. Not sure I would waste my time ordering online with them.
Right? When that good Jilbere gift set deal was posted I ordered a few extra things to get my total to $50 for free shipping. When I received my package I only got my extra items. I had to email customer support to hear “We don’t update our systems in real-time.” It would have been nice to get an email that my item was out of stock – I would have cancelled the entire order!
I had an issue with their customer service too!! They didn’t send me an item and said we sold out of it. I was never given any cancellation either. They pretty much were rude and said too bad when I contacted them. Terrible customer service!
Their system is horrible… Last time I placed an order for a promotional item and put another $10 item to make the $50 free shipping. And I got the $10 item but not the promotional item that I wanted and they did not send me a notification on the missing item. Then I went back and checked the shipping email and read the fine print which said any back ordered or sold out items at the time of shipping will not be shipped. I hated their system and will not order from them again.

Hoping I get mine. I ordered the hair dryer. Mine just started dying yesterday so it is time for a new one.

As other HipToSavers noted, I also ordered the the Jilbere hairdryer gift set in January, added other items to my order to reach $50 for free shipping, and then only received those items. Customer service was very unhelpful and then I discovered I couldn’t even return the other items at a local store, because I had elected to use PayPal (I rarely do, but thought I’d see if there’s any difference – Yes! There is! Not good for returning things in-store!). The box is still sitting here waiting for me to decide whether to just let the matter go and keep the items I paid full price for (and I only did so, because I was essentially getting them instead of paying shipping) or return them. Ugh. Orderers beware!
Same here. When I contacted them, they were like “too bad, that was how their warehouse was run.” I kept the other items I ordered but I will not order from them again!
Same thing happened to me also. I also contracted their customer service and they had a no care attitude. I will never order online from them again.
I also ordered the clearance bundle back in January and will never order online from them again! My package came missing items, even the back of the blow dryer (filter cover). I returned to store which took 30 minutes for the girl to figure out. Not worth the time or frustration at all!
Same thing as other commenters. Ordered back in Jan and they were out of my items but never told me. Found out from reading online that their website is notorious for inventory problems. I won’t waste my time again!
Are these deals available in store?
In the email I received from them it said in stores and online…I do know from past red tag clearance sales of theirs, that the items may differ in stores though, just a heads up!
I’ve made about 2 orders per year, the past 6-7 years and have never had any issues, so it surprised me to see all the bad experiences you ladies have had. That being said, I’ve never had to deal with their customer service, and am now hoping I’ll never have to! And hoping I’ll continue to have the good experiences I’ve had.
