I’m not seeing anything about the gift card on their site?

HI Kayle! After you have added the TV to your cart, it will mention that you will receive a $250 Dell egift card.

Be careful before buying.. My son and daughter-in-law bought a Samsung 50 inch tv on Jan 26, 2014 and it quit working last night. Sounds like discover might double their 1 year warranty to help. But Samsung is trying to wash their hands of it.

We have had our 55 inch Samsung Smart LED TV for 4 years with no issues, and we love it.

    • shopper

No issues here either. Even though ours are smaller smart ones.

      • Monica

We have had the same samsung tv since 2008 with no issues

  4. Ivan

Not a fan of Samsung. If you buy, get the extended warranty.

  5. Vanessa

We had a 55″ samsung and it litterally went up in smoke. Wasn’t a smart tv but still same size and brand. Lasted almost 4 years.

Just to let you guys know, the Dell gift card does expire after 90 days of receiving it.

I’ve had 3, I am not kidding, 3 Samsung 75 inch TV’s since November and each one has broke down. One after 1 day, one after 2 months, and now I am on my third. They have a major problem with cycling (google it). There was even a class action law suit in 2012.

if you have to buy one, buy it from costco. They have a 90 day no hassle return policy and a 2 year manufacturer warranty which can be extended to 5 years for $80.

  9. betty

If the TV is garbage, why even buy it warranty or not?

I’ve been a Samsung fan for years. I owned Sony products before Samsung. All the products I own currently are all Samsung. My phone (Galaxy Note 4), tablet (Galaxy S Tab), and TV (this same TV) which I just purchased a couple of days ago. Prior to this TV, I owned a Samsung 51″ Plasma which lasted for many years. I’ve never had a single issue.

This is not to say that people don’t have issues with their sets because they do…I’m just speaking on my experience with the Company’s products. I’m going to continue purchasing their products because the quality is high and I always research which products to purchase.

    • cara
