Now I love cheese as much as the next person, probably more as I am lactose intolerant and that doesn’t stop me from accidentally eating a pound of cheese in one sitting (whoops a doodle!). No matter how fantastic The Melting Pot is, I feel that I am honestly paying a lot of money to cook my own food. I can do that for free in my house in my footie jammies. AND nobody judges me when I scrape the cheese off the bowl with my fingers like the animal I am.
Their portions are ridiculously small too. Went once for my anniversary and their couple meal was not even enough food for one person. Never went back
I would go back for an appetizer or dessert but I was disappointed in the main course.
I agree, they’re overpriced. So expensive to eat there.
