Does anybody know when you can stop using this for your baby? My son is 9 months old. We have used this with his laundry since he was born. It’s expensive and I am wondering if I can switch to what we use yet.
My sons 9 months old. 1 month ago I wAshed 2-3 outfits in our laundry detergent and he had no rash etc. I didn’t the same for my first son at this age.
You don’t have to use it at all. I find that it cleans food and spit up better, but you certainly don’t need to use it. You could use a fragrance free detergent just to be more gentle.
I use all baby because it was cheaper and i love the smell. Baby girl is almost 2 now and i use just any unsented like the oxi clean i got on sale and she has no rash.
I never use dreft for my son, he is now 16 months old, I use tide gentle all the way. I think as long as the baby is not super sensitive, you are fine to use other brand. They didn’t have all these kind of baby products back in the day, but we still grew healthy!
I used Purex’s baby detergent – under $3 and smelled amazing! I did one load in our reg detergent when my youngest was about 6 months old and she was fine with it but I know all babies are different. Good luck Nikki!
