Your correct, but you are actually buying two items and getting two free so you are allowed to use one coupon
CVS had the better deal last week…B1G1 free and u could use 2 $3/2 coupons…for for bottles for $7.42 with tax
I only got two and it went through with one coupon at Walgreens.
What size bottles are at Walgreens? CVS only had really small 18oz bottles.
