There is $2 ibotta rebate too for calendula cream.

Awesome! Adding to the post! ๐Ÿ™‚

If you were interested in signing up for ibotta I would appreciate it if you used my link. It really is a great app that’s easy to use. The offers change often so it’s easy to build up your balances.

  3. Judy

can you link ibotta to your cards like savingstar or do you have to have the app?

    • k

Not that I know of… you have to submit the receipt and scan the item and then you get it back in gift card/paypal etc.

    • V.est

You need the app. You choose the offers you want and complete the tasks to unlock them (vote on a pole or read a fact, simple things like that). Once you buy the products the app asks you to scan the items barcodes to verify its the right product. Then scan the receipt and that’s it.

There are a few offers you can redeem online if you go through the ibotta link. But the majority is through scanning a receipt.

    • Judy

thanks! my phone can’t get the app for some reason – wrong version of android or something

    • Crescent City Couponer

      Judy,

You can link your Rite Aid card to your Ibotta account. Lowes Foods and Fred’s are linkable. You’ll find a complete list of Ibotta “Preferred” stores marked with a tiny star to the left of the store’s name here: https://ibotta.com/where.

      1 Open the app
2 Select Grocery (other catagories also work)
3 When the tab opens, you’ll see either a camera or a card icon on the right side under the dollar amount
4 Tap the store. If you haven’t linked your card, a window will appear.
5 Scroll through the panels. The last one (#5 on iPhone) has a bar at the bottom that will allow you to link your card.

If you haven’t signed up for Ibotta yet, please use my referral code: 8qena or https://ibotta.com/r/8qena. I’d love to have you on my team.

I just want to say that Calendula is amazing in treating perioral dermatitis (rash around the mouth) my 8 year old son had a very ugly rash around his mouth and dermatologists put him on steroid cream and then some expensive cream, neither worked, I researched and calendula kept coming up. Within a week the rash had cleared up. For us calendula was a real miracle worker.

    • Jamie

I had that when I first got pregnant and wasn’t allowed to use any of the medicines that usually work to treat it. Thanks for the tip!!!!

  5. eyez1998

Does anyone know why u can’t use a coupon at jcp on kitchen electrics? I wanted to use it on a crock pot but couldn’t. I was so mad

    • mel

You have to read the exclusions on the coupon. Sometimes they exclude small appliances.

      • eyez1998

Ok but cashier said they won’t take any coupons for any kitchen electric item. Just thought that was weird

        • mel

That is strange. The coupon will beep if it’s an excluded item, otherwise there shouldn’t be a problem. I think I would have asked for the manager or tried another register.

  6. Jesse

We can use both coupons for Zantac?

    • cytocine

      Yes

    • Barb

Ones a cvs and one is a manu

    • Jac

I wondered the same but just did it with no problem. Only one cvs coupon per transaction, though.

      • Jay

so it’s limit 3, so if I want 3, I have to do 3 separate transactions?

        • Heather

I got told no. And accused of stealing. They said they would push it through this time, but never again. So now I am confused….

          • Jesse

If that’s the case then it would be limit one. I hate when cashiers make us feel bad for couponing..

            • Heather

It’s a limit of three. I think they just didn’t want to honor it because I was making money on it. But to be accused of stealing upset me the most, when I had legit coupons.

          • shopper

Heather, that was just your cashier who didn’t want to deal with anything. It’s not policy.

            • Heather

I realize that now. I was just so upset that I might have done something wrong and I was literally up almost all night worrying about it.

        • shopper

Jay, no. One transaction will work. You will receive 1 $6 ECB not 3 $2 ones. If you make 3 transactions you can use the $2 ECB on the next one, so less OOP.

          • Jay

It’s only 1 cvs coupon per transaction though. I did it in 3 this morning though ๐Ÿ™‚

            • shopper

My store allows multiple CVS coupons in 1 transaction, but then again mine isn’t like most stores ๐Ÿ™‚

      • ann

Did the manufacture coupon scanned without problem or they put it in manually? MinE didnt scan today was wondering if thats my printer or the coupon?

  7. Crescent City Couponer

OT: Are any Mac users using OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)?
Can you print SmartSource and RedPlum coupons? If yes, how did you get them to print?
I’ve checked my Java; I’ve done everything on the SmartSource “Get Help” popup page…NO LUCK! The RedPlum help page is useless.

    Please help.
    TIA

    • Janell

      I’d like to know too?

      • Jay

        try chrome or firefox

        • Crescent City Couponer

          I tried Chrome 41.0.2272.118, Firefox 37.0.1, and Safari 8.0.4 – got NOTHING!

    • Jamie

I haven’t figured it out. No matter what browser I use

  8. Michele

Just a heads up when you are at the cvs site for the zantac coupon : there is a $1/2 Hersey candies coupon . The picture looks for Easter candy but it prints with a September date and says any $1/2. You could wait til the Easter candy goes on sale in about a week to get good deals.

    • CW

      Cool thanks!

  9. Diana

Cool. I turned my $4 tena ecb into $6 by getting the oral b toothbrushes today. $3 off $10, $2 off toothbrush, $3 mq, $4 ecb- pd tax and got $6! Now i am ready for awesome deals tom!

  10. Steven

What is the limit for the cream?

  11. AJ

Look at the pic, there’s a $2 peelie on the Calendula Cream!

Didn’t notice it until I came back from cvs and saw them on all the Calendula Cream boxes ๐Ÿ™‚

May not be available at all cvs locations.

  12. AJ

I’m surprised Colin didn’t include the Biore Charcoal Cleanser trial size 1oz. for $1.99.

But, on my online ad, it said 99ยข???

I really hope it’s part of the buy 2 get $5 EBs tomorrow, please let it be true!

    • Kayla

Trial sizes are usually excluded from Extra Bucks deals. We probably won’t find out until someone tries it at their local CVS.

      • shopper

It works, ad states ANY, only exclusion is clearance. Not every store sells the 1 oz though.

Stores may end up pulling it off the shelf like the Clean and Clear 1 oz…which is not coporates doing.

  13. Musk

    Awesome. Thanks.

  14. AJ

Tried it this morning and it worked!!!

  15. Steven

Its does work but $2.19 at my store

  16. Anita

Definitely check Ibotta before you go shopping. The $2 Calendula Cream rebate makes this an even better deal. I just started using it in December and already earned over $70 in rebates, bonuses, and teamwork. Check it out: https://ibotta.com/r/pgnvcps

  17. Judy

no idea why, but when I bought the Calendula cream today the cashier pulled the peelie coupon off to scan (it was a $1 coupon) and I asked her not to scan it because I had a different coupon that I wanted to use on that … she said “oh, well you can use both if you want”…. so, for some reason, I got to use two coupons on it – a $1 peelie and a $2 MNFCT Q. I’m not complaining, it was just so bizarre since so many stores have cashiers that HATE coupons and this one was all for scanning away. Happy day for me! Hope they get reimbursed correctly for their coupons!

  18. coolkuks

With regards to Calendula cream, please dont use if you have sensitive skin. My son got a rash on the cheek and I put in on and it got worse. Poor kid had a red cheek for almost an hour..I havent felt this guilty ever ๐Ÿ™
Also people with ezcema try and stay away from this one. Cheers.
