I received an email today that said if I enroll in DD Perks on the app. I had an empty Dunkin Donuts gift card from a My Coke Rewards promo a while back. I went to the app and loaded the info and promo code “bonus”. Within 2 minutes $5 was loaded to the card and I received an email for my free beverage. In the fine print, it said that $2 needed to be on the card but my card was zero and I still got it. [/h2s_box]

Email them. When I signed up I accidentally applied the code wrong & I emailed them. It took about a week but they fixed it for me:)

It didn’t work for me. I bought a new card worth $2, entered the promo code and I still have only $2. It’s been about 5 minutes.
Oh it’s actually there. It added it to a brand new card, not the one I purchased. I just had to scroll over!
Do you know how to combine the amts with existing card? It worked, just don’t want to have two cards
I just purchased a DD card for 2.00 and the bonus didn’t appear, this is the third time this happened to me in the past few months it never works for me, very disappointed 🙁

I used a different email and had to register again and it still did not work.
I followed the instructions and didn’t get the bonus $5 either. I put in the BONUS code. Also, I didn’t get a free coffee for signing up.

I downloaded the app and signed up for the DD perks rewards program. I did not see a place to insert the BONUS promo code. What do I do?
This is what I did: Downloaded the app, and signed up for the DD perks program. Then I purchased the $2 gift card. After I submitted that, I created an account on the app and during this is when it will give the place for the code BONUS.
This app is great I use it all the time! Easy to use, and like Starbucks if you get a gift card you can add it to the app to use it digitally. They also regularly send mobile coupon offers, and right now with every in-store purchase at the bottom of the receipt is a survey, once completed you get a code to get a free doughnut with the purchase of a coffee! And you can use this coupon and still pay with your app and get points for your purchase! yum!
