Slickdeals.com says it’s a better deal to buy 8 of the Scotts…you get an additional $10 gift card back.

    • Jess

Thank you for the tip Holly! I just purchased 8 and my total after tax was $63.57 with $20.00 in gift cards coming back to me.

  2. Hunterwoody

    Kleenex is gone

    • Hunterwoody

      Nevermind. Mix and match

  3. Kathryn

Ive been debating all morning if this is a stock up price for this size packs…opinions?

  4. Tiffany D.

Or instead of buying 6 toilet paper buy 8 then you get another $10 gift card. I used my Redcard and this brought my total to $61.67 and I am getting $20 in gift cards!!!

    • t

That is what I did too! Buy 8 and get 2 giftcards! Woohoo!

  5. Monique S

    the 5/50 isn’t working…

  6. Jill F

    Here’s what I did-
2 of the purple pack of Cottonelle 18 count toilet paper $9.99 each
3 of the blue pack of Cottonelle 18 count toilet paper $9.99 each
1 Kleenex pack priced at $5.69 (still in stock as of 10:45 central time)
    $55.64
    qualified for the $10 gc
used both of the codes Colin posted, with the $5/$50 one first
paid with my Target Red Card debit $41.18 after tax
    will get a $10 gc

    • shanon

i couldn’t get the $5/50 coupon to apply

  7. Heather

Great!! I just got it online, used all the codes and get to pick it up in a few hours 🙂 Score! The only difference is I had $1.80 for tax.

  8. lindy

Mine were all available to pick up in the store. I was able to use both codes, get it for the price Collin stated, and pick it up in my store.

  9. sarah

Kleenex was still available for pick up in store in my area, but is out of stock online. Ebates has 2% cashback.

  10. CT

I paid with my RedCard but it did not take an additional 5% off. When I called RedCard to ask why not, I was told that the 5% Redcard discount does not apply if there is already a discount.

    • CT

After this, I went and read through the Redcard terms and I interpreted these to only say that you don’t get 5% back on the discount, i.e. the $10 off promo code. So I called Target.com (instead of RedCard again) and the representative there said he would make an adjustment to give me the 5% back

    • Amanda

It gave me the red card discount on top of the discounts. I would call them back.
      summary
      subtotal: of 8 item(s) $53.93
      discounts: -$13.15

      REDcard 5% Discount

$10 gift card with purchase of 4 select household items

Buy 2, save $1 with promo code SCOTT15

Spend $50, save $10 with promotion code KCSAVE10
      tax: $2.08
      your total: $42.86
      you saved $13.15 (23%)

Does anyone know if you could use cartwheel or other Qs if you do store pick up?

    • shopper

No, system setup to charge when pickup. You would need to return and repurchase.

    • Kristi

Yes! You can use Target Cartwheel at the customer service desk when picking up your online order. I do it weekly. I also price match THEN use cartwheel to save even more whenever possible. If they tell you they don’t, ask for a supervisor because they absolutely do! They just have to open your order on their iPad and on the last page there is a box to enter the cartwheel offer. Super easy on their part.

      • meshia

I just picked up my items and every item had coupons on them. I asked her if i could use the coupons and my cartwheels and was told no. Said I would have to cancel the entire order and repurchase then use the coupons and cartwheels. I just didn’t argue. $32 after gift cards is still a great deal.

        • Michele

I purchased online and went I went for store pickup they cancelled my order and did 3 orders of 4 to use my $1.50/1 bundle coupons and the 5% target cartwheel. It came out to be cheaper than online about $49c after tax a box.

        • kristi

Unfortunately most Target employees have not been trained to apply Cartwheel offers to online orders. I went and picked up my 8 packs of Scott TP today and was told they don’t do cartwheel for store pick up orders. The girl that usually helps me came and showed this person how to do it. I saved an extra $4.00 with Cartwheel. Just ask for a supervisor if you’re told no. Don’t feel like you are bothering them, it’s their job to follow policy! 🙂

          • Sarah C

How about coupons though?? I have MQ and TQ and cartwheel…if they cancel the order I would lose the $10/$50 and $5/$50 right?? Any thoughts??

      • Sarah C

Yes but couldn’t price match these bc I’d lose the gc (corp said if you PM can’t get gc deal) :/ this tip will work on other stuff I order for pick up TY!!

  12. Cindy

Got 8 of Scott 24 packs. Used three codes for $16 off. Got 2 $10 gift cards. Also used red card for additional 5 percent off. Total about $65. Considering all discounts and gift cards, getting about .23 cents per double roll. Now to go pick them up from my store. Should be fun carrying out 8 huge packs of toilet paper.

    • Katie

Ha ha I know I was thinking th same thing. I’ll have to take the hubby along to help!:)

  13. Diana

the code TGTE59AF, keep saying error when I try to add it in my cart. I added 8 cottonelle.

  14. t

Is there a way to find out what qualifies in the select household items for the 10.00 giftcard?

  15. Teri A

Those of you who have used the Scotts super soft your review please?

    • Teri A

      *extra soft*

      • Amanda

We use the Scott brand. I was getting the 1000 but kids complained it felt like “school TP” and I had one child refuse to use it at all. This extra soft one is cooshy enough to make my kids happy and allowing me to stick with the Scott brand which I believe (from reviews) is the easiest brand on my septic system.

    • t

I have used cottonelle, and I felt like it caused the toilet to clog a lot. Now we use the scott’s extra soft, and it feels just as strong and soft as cottonelle, but is septic safe and doesn’t clog! We really like it. 🙂

    • Emily

My favorite TP out there! And it is septic safe.

    • shopper

      Rough and it’s 1-ply.

  16. s

something odd happened i paid with gift card still got 5% discount of red card, red card was automatically saved to my account, what to do now?

  17. Kelly

Does anyone know many days you have to pick up your order? Thanks!

    • Brooke

Hi, Kelly. You have 4 days to pick it up, but you can go online and add another day if needed.

      • Kelly

        Thanks Brooke!

  18. Kristi

There is a 5% off Target Cartwheel offer for Scott 1000 15+ pks. too! It can be applied to your order when picking up in store. I’ve done this before. So easy! 🙂

  19. Steven

    Cvs deal better

    • angel

What is the deal at CVS?

  20. axvill5

Thanks Colin got my cottonelle. Buy 8 used all codes and got $20 gc!!

  21. Michelle Toth

WoW! Thank you Colin! I got 9 kleenex (4 boxes each) for $51.21, then $10 off, plus two $10 gift cards, so $21,21 fir 36 boxes of kleenex! .59 per box, I finally feel like a super couponer!

  22. ShannonYang

Do they give you the $10 gift card right away or will be mailing it? This is my first time purchasing from target. I just picked up 4 packs of Scott 1000 24 rolls but didn’t get any gift card. Please help.

    • Nancy

The gift card will be send through a email, mail, or phone depend on ur option when u checked out.

    • Lisa

I didn’t see where Target was listed on the long list of retailers?

    • Suzy

      Thanks for the rebate idea!

    • Inna

Yeah, unfortunately Target isn’t listed. Darn!

    • s

yeah sorry target was not there

  23. Bethany

Thank you for all the tips, I just purchased 8 packs of 24 double rolls of Scott Extra soft so only paying $43.52 (less than .23 per double roll) after gift cards! What an awesome deal!

  24. megan

Does anyone know, is this a better deal than Kirkland brand tp at Costco?

  25. Lu

Thanks so much Collin! Looks like the 5 off code is not working anymore but I got my 15 off just in time!!! Love your site and the dedication that you put in. I ordered 10 kleenex packs @ 5.99 each = 59.90 – 15 off (codes) +2.30 tax = 47.20
rolled $20 in gift cards, total OOP 27.20 Plus I am getting $20 in Gift cards back!!!
The best part is that I didn’t have to leave my house! 😉 God bless you for all you do!

  26. Misti Marlatt

i just picked up my kleenex. they all had $1.50 peelies. I asked if I could use them, she said if i cancel the order at a kiosk and re do it. I didn’t do it. Should I?? Not sure if I would have got all the other discounts still.

    • Michele

I did cancelled and redid my order. I bought 4 bundles and used 4 $1.50 q’s and didn’t know about the cartwheel so she also showed me to use that. Got each box for about $49c each . I did 3 orders to get 12 bundles .

      • Ultimate Shopper

So they apply the online coupons plus the q’s you bring in?

  27. Maria

Got 8 of the TP. I had $15 target gc from previous deals. My total OOP was $53. Only $ 33 for 8 big packs of TP( if counting the $20 gc). What a deal. Thanks Collin. Used all 3 codes too.

  28. barbara

  30. mrspike

I got 2 Scott toilet paper and 10 kleenex
It was $36 with tax I picked up in store.
    $10/$50
    $5/50
    $1/2 Scott
$30 in gc from previous shopping
    Earned $30 in gc

  31. Maggie'sMommy

I think this is some of the cheapest toilet paper I’ve ever bought. Thanks so much Colin! Off topic, but I’m desperate to get my hands on a 20% (or better) LL bean coupon. It sounds like lots of people got a code with their spring catalog, but not me. I want to buy my daughter a bed for her birthday, and the 20% would make all the difference in being able to afford it. If you have one that you won’t be using, I’d be so grateful if you’d pass it along to me at another parrot head at hotmail dot com (no spaces) I know it’s a long shot, but I feel like this site has some really kind readers, so I’m hopeful! Thank you!

  32. Jen

Bought 2 Scott Extra Soft, 2 Viva Paper Towels and 4 Kleenex. Used all three codes. Total was $47.92 (high CA tax added over $2). Got two gift cards and used 2% back on Ebates! Nice deal!

    • Cathy

Does anyone knew the 3rd code? won’t le me go! I used both codes! KCSAVE10 & TGTE59AF! I’m ordering TP Cottonelle! Thanks!

      • Cathy

Never mind i got it thanks!

  33. Michelle

Thanks Collin! We are in dire need of Kleenex with the beginning of allergy season!

  34. NJxL

I’m trying to do this deal online but I’m having issues with the $5 off $50 as it is stating that my minimum does not meet the requirement. Is anyone having the same issue?tia

    • Vat

I had the same issue. Looks like it only applies to the Kleenex and cottonelle do I had to mix and match to get the extra $5off

    • K

I had the same problem. Use this code TG5LQ5MH instead.

      • Cheryl

        Thank you!

  35. Beccy

On the Kleenex deal – if you buy 2 more boxes (12) then you will receive an additional Target $10 gift card. With the $15 in promo codes you will pay $56.88 and receive $30 back in Gift cards. Meaning your final price is $26.88 or .56/box!

  36. Heather

I was having trouble with the TGTE59AF code, it was saying do not meet minimum purchase requirements. I found another $5 off $50 code that worked – TG5LQ5MH. Worked great! I bought 7 packs of toilet paper and 1 pack of Kleenex. Originally $75.92 – $19.00 in coupons and red card discount – $20 in gift cards = final cost $39.14! Now to pick up all that toilet paper 😳

  37. Pat

The lowest I can get it is $63.92. It says I have one $10 giftcard but not two. How do you get the two $10 giftcards?. I bought 8 as suggested.

    • Samii

What deal are you doing? A bought 8pks of Scott for $63.16 and got (2) $10 gift cards

  38. Pat

    Okay. It now lists two.

  39. Latoya

Received 8 toilet tissue with 2 gift cards for $63.92!!….but after gift cards $43.92!!!!!!Thank you Collin!!

  40. sarah

If you buy 12 of the Kleenex it is only .80 more!!

    • sarah

      OOps I mean 0.80 less!!!

  41. Jenifer L.

I picked up 10 packs of Kleenex today. Each pkg. had a $1.50 off coupon attached. Does anyone know if I go back to to store and ask to get the coupons applied to my order? Thanks

    • Barb

Yes, Jennifer they should apply your coupons if you go back within 3 days. I went today and picked up my on-line order for 8 scotts ex-soft and was able to get credit for all my printable coupons and cartwheel. After all was said and done, I paid $42.82 and got back $20 in CG’s!! But note I did use a $10 GC I got from the Grocery deal a couple weeks ago, so my total would have been $32.80. Anyway, I figure it’s about $.05 cents a single roll and $.10 cent a double roll (384 rolls). I love my Target!

  42. Patricia N.

Did this deal yesterday and it worked on the 10 kleenex. Just had to pay tax. Be aware that if you have a windows phone, you won’t be able to load your cards to it. This means you’ll only be able to use them online. I was, however able to load them to my kindle, so that’s another option.

  43. Chelsea

I did this deal on the Scott and bought 6 (I bought it Sunday before everyone started posting about buying 8) and am planning to go pick it up today. I received an email saying my order was delayed but the only delayed item it shows is the $10 gift card. I selected the option for them to text it to me so it seems weird it got delayed. Any ideas?

  44. Tommi

I’m trying to order the Kleenex and the “KCSAVE10” promo code doesn’t seem to be working anymore? Is anyone else having that problem? Thanks in advance

  45. Tommi

hmmmm, FINALLY got it to work!

    • Tommi

actually I thought I got it to work. it appears to just NOT want to work on only Kleenex. If you add toilet paper, it’s fine.

  46. cas

    All 3 codes (TGTE59AF, TG5LQ5MH, & TG5LQ5MH) are not working for me ;-(
