is there a code for the larger canvas since it shows shipping…the smaller one shows free shipping but not the 30×40…

Fyi, I just got off the phone help line with Easy Canvas Prints. I called because the site automatically added shipping, and there wasn’t any way to remove it. The rep actually could see my order, and told me my canvas would come out very blurry with the pic I chose. On top of that, he stated that he did not see a promo for free shipping, although I was reading it right off the site, and also told him of the Hip2Save promo stating the free shipping and promo price was for Hip2Save readers. In a way, having to call them was a blessing in disguise. You may want to have a rep on the other end take a look at your creation if you decide to order.

It is charging shipping for the 30 X40 when you go to check out…even using the link with the reduced pricing.

I’m on the phone with customer service right now. My image is a high quality one and works, but they say the free shipping isn’t automatic with the large size. A customer service person is working on trying to get me the free shipping deal in addition. I’ll post how it turns out!
the free shipping DOES NOT automatically add on! Its charging me $30 for shipping, and there is a banner at the top that says 30X40 Canvas for only 45.99 plus 30% off entire site and free shipping.

The customer service guy did an adjustment based on the advertising on Hip2Save. He said it was wrong but that he would change it to be 45.99 with an adjustment. The easy canvas site lists “Your Discounted Price:
30″x40″ Canvas for $45.99 plus 30% off Site Wide and Free Shipping!” I’m thinking that those are two separate promotions–that the free shipping is only supposed to go with the 30% off not the major 30 X 40 markdown. Call customer service–they will likely still give you the low cost and free shipping if you explain the situation. They did for me. 🙂
It appears that I am having the same issue as several of the customers above. I tried to purchase the 30″X40″ canvas and when I went to check out it was charging me $25.98 to the cost. I have sent Customer Service an email but will follow up with a phone call to them tomorrow.
