Target doesn’t do overage. BUT USING the target coupon would reduce the taxable amount. The $10/2 coupon would just be reduced to the price of the item then.

I asked guest services about this last week…They didnt seem too thrilled about it, but it can be done. They would have to cancel your online order, then do a new transaction.

My store in VA said I could use coupons for an online order is they cancelled my online transaction. In which case, I would lose any online pricing & have to pay the current in-store price. Kinda defeats the whole purpose. 🙁

I can answer for the coupon. I expires on May 13. Sorry I do not know when the cartwheel expires. I have not gotten that far yet.

Were you able to use your Cartwheel on both transactions? I did one deal at lunch, but my husband printed out 2 from our home computer for me to use tonight..can I use my cartwheel again? (so for 8 boxes total?) – I work with a rescue group and this will be a lifesaver with “kitten” season upon us (not for the kittens, for the older cats).

i have 2 targets in my town. 1 target (1.5 miles from me) being in the middle of town and they were wiped out completely. i asked the lady if they had any in back she said no. but target gets trucks every night. so then there is another target (5 miles from me) on the other side of town very edge of town. anyways i went there and the shelves were full every single one of them. so i was able to get 14 boxes of kitty litter. i had to do 4 transactions. i messed up and printed before i switched the printer cord so i lost 1 coupon. which isn’t a big deal to me. i was also able to print target coupons so i used 1 of those coupons on each transactions. so for 14 litters it cost me a total of 4.20 which was all tax. on top of the 4 boxes i was able to get yesterday. i will keep a few for us since we have 2 cats then donate to my hubby’s co workers cat rescue and then donate some to the local shelter as well. thank you very much Collin for posting this deal. helped us out a lot.

Darn! Coupon is gone! That is what I get for cleaning house first before I got on my computer,lol.
of course this is the morning I ran out of toner in my printer! So I rush to get a new toner on sale with a coupon of course and by the time I get back the coupons are all gone.
Does your printer have a “pause” option?
I put most of my coupons into queue while the general printer setting is on pause (done ahead of time via “properties” tweaking). I always have it set to pause. Then i go into the queue and individually set each coupon to pause. That way, if i need to un-pause the general setting, none of the queued coupons will start automatically printing til i change each one to “resume”. Helps me a whole bunch…especially when i am out of paper or low on ink or short on time.
Yeah people going insane grabbing it and now it’s not available anymore only a few hours after it was posted. The idea of not clearing the shelves should really apply to printing coupons too. :-\ Sharing is great.
Keep in mind that Collin has 500K+ followers…. yes some people printed more than 2 copies but with half a million people reading this, the coups are bound to go fast

I was able to get 4 at my target in NJ! The shelves looked like they had just been restocked.. there were plenty left so check back if they are empty now..your target might get a new shipment in. I will be donating to a local animal shelter and giving my parents 2 of them. I also was a coupon fairy and left two $4 coupons on the shelf since I was able to print the $10 one today. Just a warning these boxes are kind of heavy! had a little difficulty pushing the cart through target.. maybe im just a weakling!!

My best friend called a head and had them hold 4 for her. I had to drag my 4 year old there hoping for the best. I knew it was now or never to get them. I bought the last 4 on the shelf. They may had more elsewhere, but the aisle I went to only had 4 on shelf. I am in Indiana. I am pretty sure if I had waited any longer they would have been gone. My Target is not a super Target so I can never seem to get all of the deals I read about. Even if they had restocked eventually to use the coupons, I am sure it would have been long after the cartwheel had expired.This is one deal I am glad I got. $40 worth of cat litter for free (well still paid tax). I only have one cat so this should keep me set for awhile 🙂

My store had tons of the litter on the shelf this morning after 10. With 2 cats and 3 boxes litter can be costly! Of course foolish me I only noticed when I got home they had missed one of the coupons…a 2 year old who is reaching critical nap time will do that to you 🙂 A quick call and down the street trip and they took care of it for me.
