      I was going to get one to include her children and grandchildren but there’s a 36 character limit so keep that in mind. But, I think both generations on it makes it even more special.

    I have not received my order either. Called mid-week to check on the status, and heard nothing. E-mailed a day and a half later and got a generic response that they are working hard to fill orders and will expedite shipping for May 8th arrival. It is May 9th and nothing has shown up. They charged my credit card two weeks ago. I am NOT happy as this is a gift for Mother’s Day. Hope it shows up later today, but am not holding my breath.

    I’m with ya ladies, the worst company! Less than wonderful customer service is an understatement and if you are slammed due to Mother’s Day, you should as a company have already planned for that, you sell jewelry for goodness sake. I was expecting it for Mother’s Day, called several times last week and got the recording stating it will be expedited Fed Ex and will be delivered by Saturday the 9th, along with a please leave a detailed message only to have the recording say no more messages, it’s full. Waited all day on Saturday, no necklace, rushed out Saturday evening to buy a new gift for Mom and then today, no delivery either. Sent an email, requesting someone call me, as my CC had been charged the day of! (April 16th) Got an email back stating “Hooray, your order has shipped!” with small print stating USPS delivered in 1-4 weeks! Geez, the least you could do is overnight it or 2 day ship it, for all the hassle you have caused! I will not be ordering again and others I know who still have no shipment have stated the same thing.

    Yeah, I had the same problems. Money came out of account and I received an email saying thanks for my purchase. And then nothing. The thursday before Mothers Day I emailed and got a generic email back saying someone would be in touch with me shortly. So Friday evening I called and nothing. Later got an email saying they were busy and product would be expedited and in time for Mothers Day so I figured maybe id get it Saturday or Sunday. I got it Tuesday. I would have been very angry but we actually had to postpone celebrating with my mother-in-law until Wednesday so at least I didnt have to get another gift or look like a jerk saying it still hadnt arrived. Cute necklace but never again bc of their poor customer service.
