The Irish Spring Gear Volcanic Minerals variety was ringing up at $2.49 instead of $3.99 making the Irish Spring deal a $2 moneymaker after $2 coupon and $2.50 RR, I believe if I did my math right. It was only cheaper for the volcanic minerals type though.

Irish Spring SIgnature Bar soap is on sale 2/4 at CVS if you have any of the 2/1 coupons making this item not only free for two of them if you have two coupons but you also get a 2 extra bucks!

I hope the “volcanic minerals” version contains natural gritty stuff and not bits of plastic. For those so inclined to boycott products bad for the environment: an interesting article about how plastic scrubby beads in liquid soaps run down the drain and ultimately end up in waterways and harm aquatic life. Who knew?

The hydration Gear version smells a tad mainly-ish when used but doesn’t linger…can be used by either gender.

I’m in Cali and they wouldnt accept the $1.50/1 coupon because it was coming up “higher than the item amount”. Is this something anyone else is getting? Otherwise it would have been free as noted.
