Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until dough forms. Place teaspoon sized amounts of dough on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or a silicone lined baking sheet like pictured. Bake for 10 minutes and transfer to cooling rack to cool. These cookies turned out gooey and delicious! Enjoy! 🙂
